A	Adam XkXXX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten 3 gwiazdkowy hotel to w rzeczywistości stary po socjalistyczny kompleks wypoczynkowy. Jest tutaj niekryty basen (lata 80-te), korty tenisowe w nadmuchiwanym namiocie (nowoczesne), domki wypoczynkowe (z zewnątrz ok), no i stok z wyciągiem. Z zewnątrz ośrodek stwarza ponure wrażenie, część zaniedbanych budynków i na sprzedaż, korytarze jeszcze w starym PRL-owskim stylu. Ale pokoje już są po remoncie - czyste schludne, jasne, pachnące. Brakuje tylko zasłonek pod prysznicami i czajników bezprzewodowych w pokojach. W jednej z łazienek zamiast oprawy lampy z sufitu wisiały kable. Pani recepcjonistko-kucharka była bardzo miła i pomocna,a jej śniadania wyglądały i smakowały jak w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym! I to dla niej daję 2 gwiazdki dodatkowe. Tak. Dobrze policzyłeś. Powinna być tylko jedna gwiazdka za "pana placowego", który swoim chamskim i wulgarnym zachowaniem zniechęcał klientów. Podczas rozmowy cały czas przeklinał po polsku, po ośrodku jeździł samochodem jak wariat, ale kulminacją było ubijanie kostki brukowej w niedzielę o 7:20 ! W sumie to hotel jest dobrą bazą wypadową na pobliskie szlaki i do miasteczka. This 3-star hotel is in fact an old socialist holiday complex. There is a swimming pool (80's), tennis courts in an inflatable tent (modern), holiday cottages (from outside), and a slope with a lift. From the outside, the resort creates a gloomy impression, some neglected buildings and for sale, corridors still in the old PRL style. But the rooms are already renovated - clean neat, bright, fragrant. Only the shower curtains and wireless kettles in the rooms are missing. In one of the bathrooms instead of the lamp fixture from the ceiling hung cables. The receptionist-cook was very kind and helpful, and her breakfasts looked and tasted like a 4-star hotel! And for this I give 2 additional stars. Yes. You counted well. There should be only one star for "mister", who with his rude and vulgar behavior discouraged customers. During the conversation, he cursed in Polish all the time, after the resort he drove a car like a madman, but the culmination was whipping the cobblestones on Sunday at 7:20! All in all this hotel is a good base for the nearby trails and the town.
P	Petra Kroutilová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné misto v srdci lesů a hor,ideální startovní pozice pro návštěvu Zlatych Hor,Zlatonosnych mlýnů,Kostela Maria Hilfe,křížové cesty, houbařeni, cyklistické vyjíždky a turistiku..vše je čisté,ale některé pokoje jsou bohužel uz v mírném rozkladu..o to více si místo zaslouží více a více hostů,ať jsou prostředky na opravy...vřele doporučuji A wonderful place in the heart of forests and mountains, an ideal starting point for visiting the Golden Mountains, the Gold Mills, the Church of Maria Hilfe, the Stations of the Cross, mushroom picking, cycling and hiking ... everything is clean, but unfortunately some rooms are already in slight decay..o The more the place deserves more and more guests, whatever the funds for repairs ... I highly recommend
R	Rafał Koszyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt sylwestrowy. Cena za pokój 1300 kc (dopłata 200 kc, ze względu na pobyt na jedną noc). Pokój ok, recepcja w osobnym budynku. Dojście do pokoju po stromych schodach na zewnątrz budynku - ciemne podwórze (raczej niebezpieczne zwłaszcza po alkoholu, w obcasach raczej trudne - karciane stopnie). Jest sauna tylko płatna ekstra 1300 kc za godzine - trzeba wynająć całą. Śniadanie w cenie - może być. Nie było jajecznicy. Sok pomarańczowy to bardziej woda. Kolacja w formie bufetu dodatkowo płatna 220 kc, brak jakichkolwiek napojów w cenie. Nawet wodę trzeba kupić. Menu na kolację oryginalne. Można było zjeść np. zimną pizzę z glaszem i kluskami. Cześć jedzenia z kolacji można było zjeść na wieczorze sylwestrowym w innej formie np. kluski w sałatce. Generalnie menu dla mięsożerców - dobre. Impreza sylwestrowa na luzie, dużo jedzenia (650 kc osoba), napoje we własnym zakresie. Dobra lokalizacja - przy samym stoku narciarskim. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości. New Year's Eve stay. Price for a room 1300 kc (extra payment 200 kc, due to stay for one night). Room ok, reception in a separate building. Access to the room on the steep stairs outside the building - dark courtyard (rather dangerous especially after alcohol, rather difficult in heels - cardiac grades). There is a sauna only extra 1300 kc per hour - you have to rent it all. Breakfast included - can be. There were no scrambled eggs. Orange juice is more water. Buffet dinner is additionally payable 220 KC, no drinks in the price. Even water has to be bought. Menu for original dinner. You could eat, for example, a cold pizza with glazed meat and dumplings. Some of the food from supper could be eaten at a New Year's Eve dinner in a different form, eg dumplings in a salad. In general menu for carnivores - good. New Year's party at ease, a lot of food (650 kc person), drinks on their own. Good location - right at the ski slope. Price inadequate to quality.
L	Lucka Lapišová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoje čisté, vybavení pokoje v pořádku. Ubytování v rekonstruované budově. Snídaně v ceně odpovídají, večeře formou bufetu za doplatek 220kč. Večeře od 18:00-20:00, ovšem kdo přišel po 18:30 již neměl co večeřet, a kuchařky a obsluha se tvářili velmi překvapeně a neochotně. V celém komplexu není restaurace, pouze bufet. Málo zaměstnanců způsobuje celkový stres a nepříjemnost obsluhy. 3/5 Rooms clean, room amenities okay. Accommodation in a renovated building. Breakfast included, dinner buffet for extra charge 220 CZK. Dinner from 18: 00-20: 00, but who came after 18:30 no longer had dinner, and cooks and staff looked very surprised and reluctant. There is no restaurant in the entire complex, only a buffet. Few employees cause total stress and inconvenience to the operator. 3/5

I don't recommend there is a stain on everything and I'm not talking about food either it's undercooked and undercooked or undercooked at all you'd better go buy something because the only thing that's good here is breakfast ???????????
