★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální nespokojenost na účtují si tři zkušební jízdy 3x diagnostika a díly které dle mého názoru nebylo potřeba měnit všechny a když jsem je chtěl vidět tak některé už prý vyhodily. A napoprvé jsem po zaplacení opravy s autem nedojel ani že Svitav a horko těžko jsem se s ním dobelhal zpět do servisu. Každopádně doporučuji se nedat a neplatit to co rozporujete
 The maximum dissatisfaction is charged by three test drives 3x diagnostics and parts which, in my opinion, did not need to change all of them, and when I wanted to see them, some of them had already been thrown away. And for the first time, after paying for the repairs, I didn't even get the car that Svitav and I had a hard time getting back to the service station with it. In any case, I recommend not to give up and not to pay what you contradict

We are extremely satisfied with Bon-car Svitavy. Mr. Troják is very helpful, communication is nice, fast and we always have the car safely serviced. He really takes professional care for both clients and vehicles. We recommend it to everyone who wants to drive safely and not waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem vždy velmi spokojena. Jen mě mrzí, že při mi minulé návštěvě jsem si nedala kávu, ?, nečekala jsem tak dlouhé čekání při montovani zadních senzorů. Vždy velká ochota, vstřícnost, přístup a jednání na jedničku. Trochu jsem, ale na rozpacích z poslední placené částky.
I was always very satisfied. I'm just sorry I didn't have any coffee during my last visit, 'I didn't expect such a long wait to assemble the rear sensors. Always great willingness, helpfulness, attitude and negotiation. I'm a little bit, but embarrassed by the last amount paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sluzba ktera je bezne zdarma, je zde uctovana poplatkem 300kc a jeste musite na pobocku, pritom se da vyresit pre email, tady bych si nedal ani prezout auto,
