Rooms are clean and the connection to the city center is good, but if you're looking for a good night sleep or warm breakfast, look elsewhere. The old windows provide no insulation whatsoever so you hear everything during the night, from passing cars to (probably) intoxicated pedestrians. My mom's room bathroom had two faulty spotlights out of three which was "solved" by the staff by changing the angle of the remaining one. Having them change for some spare ones wasn't an option because I quote: The janitor doesn't work on Sundays, they will be changed tomorrow. Ridiculous. I have been staying in three stars hotels before and this one could barely claim two stars.
L	Lucas K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuffy rooms despite barely insulated windows. Bathroom was quite clean, as were all the sheets and towels, though the room itself left things to be desired. The bed was as hard as a curb and together with the old windows blocking no sound of the main street below, it felt like sleeping right on the street. Also: thin walls and room doors. Like others said... Breakfast was very basic. Overall good price and location, but would have wished for something better. There needs not be any luxury for a city trip stay, but the least one would expect is a good sleep at night, which this was not.
S	Sheri Sheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying at a hostel and I am pleased. The room was nice with a skylight view. Breakfast was included and it was satisfactory. The place was also clean. I did not like the communication from the hostel prior to our arrival. There was an option to request airport transfer when booked and we proceeded to request this well over a month before we arrived. We simply got an email saying request denied, no possible options for transport. Simply denied. Better customer service would’ve been providing some options for guests. Especially those visiting for the first time. For the most part the staff is polite and it is located just about 15 minutes from old town center. The bus stop is about a two minute walk from the hostel. Overall I am satisfied.
