Naše zkušenost ↓ Mizerná kvalita, která neodpovídá deklarovanému. Popis by totiž musel znít: nekvalitní a předražené … Při modernizaci dvou ubytovacích jednotek jsme přes firmu a dva smluvní dodavatele vybrali některé zboží přes BONAMI . Věšák …, dvě sedačky Bobochic Paris Balio, židle Actona Batilda, dvoulůžkovou postel Bobochic Paris Sary, jednolůžkovou postel s úložným prostorem Warde … PLUS další věci. Ale pozor, prostor na internetu (marketing) mají zvládnutý na jedničku. Reklamace by pro nás byla jen dalším navyšováním nákladů … - něco znovu demontovat, převážet a řešit … Opravy tedy půjdou na náš vrub. Bohužel, vybrali jsme věci od BONAMI, byla to tedy naše špatná volba! Očekávání bylo skutečně výrazně jiné. Howgh!
Our experience ↓ Poor quality that does not match the declared. The description would have to read: low quality and overpriced… During the modernization of two accommodation units, we selected some goods through BONAMI through the company and two contractual suppliers. Hanger dvě, two seats Bobochic Paris Balio, Actona Batilda chair, double bed Bobochic Paris Sary, single bed with storage space Warde… PLUS other things. But beware, the space on the Internet (marketing) have mastered the number one. Complaints would be just another cost increase for us… - to dismantle, transport and solve something again… The repairs will therefore be at our expense. Unfortunately, we chose things from BONAMI, so it was our bad choice! The expectations were really different. Howgh!

We ordered a couch almost a month ago and it still has not arrived. The customer service representative has been giving us numerous false delivery dates and we've received nothing, not even an email update on the status. Steer clear of this company if you actually want to RECEIVE your goods. SCAM.

The quality of the items is typically poor. I have ordered a few times and usually been disappointed. I most recently ordered a lamp, which would've been ok, but the description on their site was incorrect -- it was 50% taller, so I am pretty annoyed - as it is too big for me to bring to the post office and return, and I also do not want to pay to send it back when it was not my mistake. I should've learned my lesson long ago, I guess... definitely won't order from them again though.

Bonami has an amazing corporate culture and a very creative team behind the scene. I do not know much about their business practice but they went more than out of their way today to help return lost property to a complete stranger (me), and as far as I am concerned that is the type of people you want to do business with. Special thanks to Kuba, Naty and Domca.

Stay away from this website. We have been waiting for our couch for nearly one month. They lie about delivery dates and won't take responsibility for anything. I don't care if your delivery company is separate from your business, It is YOUR problem that my 17000 crown couch is still not at my apartment for almost one month. Fix it! Its simple. If you can't get the item to your customer why would they buy it?

Very bad! I ordered two things from Bonami and I was waiting for them about 2 months because they send me e-mails about their problems with the supplier about 3-4 times. And when it's was almost in my hands, they send me message that it has been delivered, but i saw that there was only one thing inside (both of them was same important for me to get). That means that they changed my order and it was hidden. I asked them about the whole situation about 2-3 times and I got different answers like: "yes, it's out of stock", "yes, there is only one thing in your order now", but "it will be delivered today or tomorrow". But nothing happened. So what we got? I ordered two things, I was waiting for two months because of their "problems with the supplier" and then i got only 50% of my order, but nobody of them knows what actually happened. Careless attitude. UPD: Eventually they said that the half of my order was canceled. But why do I have to find it out by myself when the parcel has already been arrived? If we are talking about a gift or an urgency, then we can't count on you, Bonami, because of your negligence.

Fully disappointed, you better be careful what you buying online from Bonami or better, escape from them and never comeback. We have purchased set of pillows with cover for bed, but we received only pillow covers and main cover. After we complained the reply was its not their fault, its manufacturer mistake in product description, it happens and they are sorry. Come on, is it a joke. Never again.
