WORST ONLINE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought an article on their Amazon shop. First they sent me the wrong article. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I send it back and ask for reimbursement. They send the product BACK and ask that I pay 18 Euros for the post costs. I refuse. Then comes a ping-pong with this dagmar, responsible for reimbursement, who finds a new excuse everytime I write to proceed to reimbursement. One time he asks me if I took a picture of the article: I say that this is nowhere written in the "send-back conditions", so no, please proceed to reimbursement. Then he says "the problem is on the way to your adress. You need to call the postal service, and ask them to send us the packet back. Then we can proceed to reimbursement". Wait, who sent that packet again? These guys are a JOKE. So much time lost. We are ONE MONTH after start... I had to use the Amazon A-Z Garantie. Bonmoto, never again. This little start goes to Marcela, the "Clients-Service" person, who was always nice.

The store is a 15-20 minute drive from the center of Prague. It is recommended to check availability of stock on the site, not only English-speaking Czech. Luckily I knew what I wanted and checked the site for inventory, so my purchase was easier. Traveling on the Uber costs CZK 229 in one direction

I am a new rider and was really looking forward to buy my first boots, helmet and jacket. When I asked for help with choice, I have received really hideous experience that started with sarcastic comment and then was like: "go there and try all the helmets on that shelf".Then I ask again for advice and second suggestion was: "try helmets on another shelf" Then I was left for a free swimming and assistant totally forgot about me. It's not a service I expected from a store I previously thought has a good reputation. With the same success I could have ordered 10 helmets online and return 9 of them within 14 working days. I get that store was full of people but I you could have helped one client and move on to another, especially if somebody tells you he is a new rider.

Very bad experience, unfriendly staff.. I came to the shop and I wanted to buy an helmet there was a lot of vendor but nobody came to me so i had to ask for help, I'm not Czech so i asked a blond young vendor if he speaks english he replied me "NO", I then spoke with him in Czech as i can manage somehow. I wanted to buy an helmet entry level (HJC CS-15) in their shop as they have this model and they represent the brand. This helmet have 4 stars out of 5 on SHARP HELMET (official UK crash test for helmet), which means its very safe. Sure its not luxury and you can't compare with the comfort of Schubert, Arai or Shark but the fact is that security wise it does the job very well. The vendor started to say that this helmet is just for scooter and it was unsafe that i should not buy that.. i didn't know that there are special helmet for scooter and that its allowed to sell unsafe helmet in EU. Then i told him about SHARP helmet results (4/5 stars) and he said that he doesn't believe in this test that its not true. He started then to become unfriendly and kind of making fun that i want to but something below 200 eur. I started to try some other helmet he was still with me, then one of his colleague asked him to come he then just left me without any "i come back in one minute", "sorry" nothing he just left... wouaw... 10 minute after he was still not back i decided then to ask him help again to try some Shark and he told me that I can try them by myself. I was clearly annoying him because I wanted to buy something not expensive, or / and maybe because i was a foreigner. I just left the shop and I will go somewhere else, I don't want to spend my money there. I know that the customer service in Czech is not the best in the world but in +10 years here i never had such a bad experience.

tl;dr - it's a motorbike shop and it sells motorbike stuff. They had an English-speaker on hand, and I had a no-fuss experience. I bought a pair of motorbike jeans today, a Saturday at the end of April. It wasn't immediately clear where the customer car-park was, so I parked around the back. Inside, the store is one of the biggest of its type by area in Prague and it has a wide range of brands. Some of the store areas e.g. for gloves, weren't so well illuminated which is a bit odd. They let you try on clothes in two customer changing rooms, and you can try the helmets (they seemed to have all the sizes from XS-XL for each model). The shop was bustling and seemed pretty busy, so I can see why staff wouldn't spend time with a newbie to discuss helmets in English (see previous comments).
