I do not recommend, they made me a different height than I wanted and thus paid more for the concrete and the mix had to go twice because of that, which they wanted to invoice me twice as much transport. And now grinding, when they did not measure my moisture and grinded it, so it is still wet and therefore bad. We are now grinding ourselves ...

Absolutely not recommended !!! And we only took the material. Until we ordered everything great, but then it started ... When ordering, we were assured that the floor would come within 14 days, with that we took it, we hurried to it. The price offer was redesigned 3 times, once we lacked the slats, then they gave us some cheap ones there, even though we said we wanted the original to the floor - we came to the store again, where we showed the catalog and the type of slats we wanted. The young lady took a photo of the catalog and noted the type of moldings (which I repeated about 5 times) and that they would order them for us ... In the end, we waited a month for the floor and I believe that if we did not push, we would not have a floor yet. Still the excuse, stretching - when you "roughen up" a bit, suddenly everything goes. I'm not talking about the fact that when the floor arrived, the shipment was different !!! slats than we wanted. Mr. Šťáva argued terribly that these are original moldings and the other ones, the ones I wanted were not original - aha, so the catalog they have everywhere is lying ?? No, someone else lied here. What's more, he started bragging about ordering these! Well, for the fact that they ordered something badly, I can not and that he writes an invoice, where he is not able to precisely define the ordered goods, not too - so, be careful what he writes to you in the offer and invoice. If by chance you take something from him, you want to have it written in detail, exactly (name, type, number, preferably even verbally shade, just what you can). Check everything and you better make sure 3 times that it really is. Fortunately, we managed to get the money back from him for the rails, with the proviso that we will not discuss anything with him anymore, because everything is a problem and on a long elbow. We provided the rails ourselves, basically right away, with great access and a hundred cheaper ones. I'm sorry that we didn't order all the material like this, but I'm very happy that we didn't get the floor from the Šťáva company, that would probably be something. Excellent life experience.
