★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and courteous staff. Laundry facility can often be a problem due to the limited number of machines for total number of guests. Rooms are adequate but kitchen does not have an oven. A downside if you are into cooking your own meals. They do have a range which you can use to cook on. Rooms are modern looking and very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great, the hotel was very close to the zentrum. There are many restaurants and bar nearby. We had beers in the bar just next to the hotel, something with Hradek.
The facilities was great. I got everything what I need, particularly kitchen appliances. The toilet is very clean. We stayed in 2 bedrooms and the bedroom below was in good size. But, I am not really fans of hard mattress so I am not that comfortable with the the mattress.
The check in process was smooth. The staffs were nice. I left my camera when I was checked out and the staff helped me to get it back.
The breakfast was great. It was worth it. We booked together with the room. The location was different hotel but it was very close. It was in wine cellar and the variation of the food was good.
We just park our car in front of the hotel with a special permit from the hotel. It was free. It was nice without having to think about parking cost in the city center.
