Service wasn't great, to say the least.. they close at 17:30, we arrived with my son at 17:15. The shop assistant lady, while greeting us, was looking very "happy" that we came and was looking at her watch, making faces, although there were other people in the shop as well.
She measured his feet and brought 4 pairs, out of which 2, when I wanted to let my son try them, she said it is for more narrow feet.. so why to present them? ??♀️
We had chosen within 5 min the one which I picked from the shelf. While waiting for the bill, I was asking her about the socks there, she gave wage and not-to-the-point answers, in the meantime looking at her watch again, so I couldn't leave it without words and said something like "don't worry we are leaving already" which she responded with an annoyed smile on her face. I put back the 5 socks on the rack and left with the shoe only (which I would have surely left there too if we weren't going the day after for vacation where I needed it).
I thought these days this kind of bit ignorant and not-customer-focused attitude is rather rare, but as it seems, possible to find in botickarna if you go the "right time" ??♀️??♀️??♀️
