★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boty Condoriri se původně zdály opravdu super. Pohodlné jako papučky. Co je dost nevyhovující na tomto typu je ovšem odstávající jazyk, takže vám do bot při náročnějším terénu padá jehličí/šotolina/sníh... Další věcí je, že se mi po roce začaly párat švy a odlepovat se přední špice. Chtěla jsem boty tedy reklamovat a tady POZOR NA REKLAMACI!!! jakým stylem probíhá. Dle jejich návodu jsem boty první nafotila a zaslala mailem aby posoudili další postup. Týden se mi nikdo neozval, ani mi nebral telefon. Na FB se mi zpráva ukázala jako zobrazena až po týdnu mi laskavě někdo napsal, abych boty zaslala poštou a do mailu poslala lístek z pošty. Boty v pohodě přišly a započala reklamace. 29.den reklamace v pátek o půlnoci mi přišel email, že reklamace je vyřízená opravou a boty mi budou v pondělí (31. den reklamace - stále v termínu reklamace kvůli víkendu) teprve zasílat PPL na adresu, která byla původně v objednávce. Nikoho evidentně nezajímá, že skoro 3/4 roku žiji na druhé straně republiky. Což už mě tedy vytočilo a ihned jsem psala email, že podle zákona budu mít boty v pondělí na adrese, kterou jsem zaslala a kterou měli i v mailu jako odesílatele při zaslání bot nebo odstupuji od smlouvy skrz nedodržení reklamačního řádu. A ať mě informují jak to tedy bude. Samozřejmě reakce opět žádná a nemůžu se opět ani nikomu dovolat. A já asi teď v horách, kde jsem počítala že budu mít opravené nebo nové pohorky budu muset chodit v teniskách.... Promyslete si tedy dobře nákup v tomto obchodě.
Tak jsem nakonec dostala boty zpět i když se zpožděním, ale vrácení peněz tady prostě nehrozí. Oprava proběhla způsobem nad kterým mi rozum stojí, přitom byla u výrobce. Tam kde byla nit a boty se páraly, mi naplácali lepidlo a popatlali ním snad půl bot a toto je hodnoceno jako opraveno. No nikdy více....
 Shoes Condoriri originally seemed really cool. Comfortable as slippers. What is quite unsatisfactory on this type, however, protruding tongue, so you boots in difficult terrain falls needles / gravel / snow ... Another thing is that after a year I started to seam and peel off the front spokes. So I wanted to claim shoes and here WARNING ON COMPLAINTS !!! in what style it is. According to their instructions, I first shot the shoes and mailed to assess the next procedure. Nobody answered me for a week or took my phone. On FB, the message turned out to be displayed only after a week, someone kindly wrote me to send my shoes by mail and send a postcard from the mail. The shoes came cool and complaints began. On the 29th day of the complaint on Friday at midnight I received an email that the complaint is repaired and my shoes on Monday (31st day of complaint - still on the complaint due weekend) will only send PPL to the address that was originally in the order. Obviously nobody cares that I live on the other side of the republic for almost 3/4 years. So I was dialed and I immediately wrote an email saying that I would have my shoes on Monday at the address I sent, which I had in my mail as a sender when sending shoes or I withdraw from the contract through failure to comply with the complaints procedure. And let me know how it will be. Of course, no reaction again, and I can not reach anyone again. And I guess now in the mountains, where I calculated that I would have repaired or new hiking boots I have to walk in sneakers .... So think about buying in this shop.
So I finally got my shoes back, even with a delay, but there is no risk of a refund. The repair was done in the way that my mind stands, while it was at the manufacturer. Where there was a thread and the boots were mating, they spanked me glue and perhaps flapped it with half a shoe, and this is rated to be repaired. Well never again ....
