Na slušné požádání, jestli by si je nemohla nasadit, nás odbyla ofpovědí, že se dotýká jen voskového obalu sýru. Hnus, už půjdu příště jinam. Cheese great, but the saleswoman horrible, especially her varnished and disgustingly long nails, nor gloves. Upon a decent request if she could put them on, she left us with an answer that she only touched the cheese wax. Disgust, I'll go somewhere else next time.

Slečna mi krásně nabídla, popsala a dala zkusit sýry, které bych si sama nikdy nevybrala a musím uznat, že jsou výborné. Takže děkuji za příjemnou obsluhu a doporučení a příště určitě ráda zkusím další. Today, September 19, 2021, I was shopping for cheese after a long time and I was extremely satisfied. The young lady offered me beautifully, described and tried cheeses that I would never choose myself and I must admit that they are excellent. So thank you for the pleasant service and recommendations and next time I will definitely be happy to try another.

Což se každý den nevidí. ________________________________________ Skvělý podnik se kterým, jsem do teď byl maximálně spokojen. Bohužel dnes 19.9.2021 jsem měl z nákupu velmi nepříjemný zážitek. A to doopravdy laxní přístup obsluhy, která i po našem příchodu a oslovení pokračovala v chatování na telefonu. S nezájmem se zeptala co chceme a po žádosti o doporučení nám dala první 3 sýry které ji padly do oka, aniž by nám je nějak popsala nebo dala ochutnat. Dále jsem byl znepojen, že si nenasadila rukavice, nebo jiný způsobem neočistila ruce, ikdyz bezprostředně předtím měla v ruce telefon. Po stanovení finanční hranice 300-400kc nám bylo naúčtováno 470. Nejsem hnidopich a tak jsem to akceptoval. Chápu, že jsme jen lidé, ale hlavní důvod proč toto píšu je ABSOLUTNÍ NEZÁJEM o práci. Po celou dobu jsem se cítil nekomfortně. To že nebyla oblečená v pracovní uniformě ani nekomentuji, ale doopravdy to nepůsobí reprezentativně, když vám to prodává slečna v Nike leginach a vytahane mikině. Samozřejmě se vrátím, jen doufám, že tam opět potkám usměvavou obsluhu, se zájmem a zápalem, která se zákazníkem komunikuje a umí zboží prodat. Děkuji. She asked with disinterest what we wanted and after asking for a recommendation she gave us the first 3 cheeses that fell into her eye, without describing them to us or giving us a taste. I was also worried that she hadn't put on her gloves or otherwise cleaned her hands, even though she had a phone in her hand immediately before. After setting the financial limit of 300-400 kc, we were charged 470. I am not a nod and I accepted it. I understand that we are only human, but the main reason I write this is ABSOLUTELY NOT INTERESTED in work. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I'm not even commenting on the fact that she wasn't dressed in a work uniform, but it doesn't really look representative when a girl in Nike leggings sells it to you and pulls out her sweatshirt. Of course, I will return, I just hope that I will meet the smiling staff there again, with interest and enthusiasm, who communicates with the customer and can sell the goods. Thank you.
