★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we went 12 people and ordered lot of food, first of all they messed up whole our order. One of the short haired Waitress was extremely impolite and angry. Will never go to that place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely disappointing experience.11 of us spent an evening playing bowling, eating and drinking (around 3500ck bill). We asked them to keep a birthday cake in the fridge, and when they took it out for us to enjoy it at the end of the evening, a waiter told us "the cake is ok, but you need to pay 200ck". They had not informed us in advance that because its our own cake we have to pay, nor it says anything in their webpage about it. On top of this they messed up two of our orders. When we confronted them about it, they told us that its normal everywhere (even though we had celebrated here another bday 2 years before and we werent charged), and that maybe its our problem that we dont go out enough. They told us that next time when we reserve we need to tell them we are bringing our own cake. Needless to say there wont be another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, waiters mixed up the orders, and they wanted to charge extra because we brought the birthday cake, and didnt inform us about the charge in advance. Created bad atmosphere and we went there to celebrate birthday, and spent a lot of money there. Really bad experience with the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisen has 2 things, Havana restaurant and this bowling place, the 2 only good reasons to go so far. The bowling is amazing, lots of lines, modern looking, good beer and food as well. Probably the best bowling in Brno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I and my dog travelled 3 and half hour to support my boyfriend at a bowling tournament, only to be kicked out because dogs weren't allowed there. The reason for that was that they had carpets on the floor. Which made me wonder if also people with dirty shoes have to take them off before entering, or if spilling a drink is strongly prohibited. My dog couldn't even be there in the corner laying down on my blanket. This is the only one bowling alley in Czech I know that doesn't allow dogs in. Thanks, Mr. Chladek, I discovered a lot of great dog friendly coffee places. (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bowling place exceeded my expectations! The food was very delicious, a little bit salty though. I found out there are posters of women in the men’s restrooms and I have to recommend posters of men in the ladies bathroom, too. Men with a vacuum cleaner or a frying pan should do a great work! ? I am excited!
