★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednotliva prkna se zacala na bocich zvedat po 2 letech a asi 100x jsem zadala o opravu ale marne. Pan prokop sice prijel a domluvili jsme se co s tim ale od te doby uplynulo uz vic jak pul roku a uz me prestalo bavit se pripominat kdy bude mit konecne cas a prijede. Opravdu velmi nekorektni.
Individual boards started to pick up after two years and about 100 times I ordered repair but in vain. Mr Prokop arrived and we talked about what happened, but since that time has passed since last year and I have stopped talking about when he will have time and will come. Really very unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broušení 40m2 parket včetně 3x lakování udělali za den a půl a tomu bohužel odpovídala i kvalita. Když sem panu Prokopovi říkala, že mi přišlo, že to udělali moc rychle, tak mi bylo řečeno, že kluci spěchali a chtěli mít pátek volnej.
Lišty byly hrubé na zadření třísky. Reklamace nám sice byla uznána a ještě jednou to přebrousili a přelakovali, ale i tak bych si znova tuto firmu neobjednala. Cena rozhodně neodpovídá kvalitě.
Sanding 40m2 parquet, including 3 paintings, was done in a day and a half, and unfortunately the quality also corresponded to that. When I told Mr. Prokop that it occurred to me that they had done it too quickly, I was told that the boys were in a hurry and wanted to have Friday off.
The slats were rough to seize the chips. Although the complaint was accepted and we re-sanded and repainted it, I would still not order this company again. The price definitely does not match the quality.
