In any case I do not recommend! We ordered a vinyl floor in the house, which should meet even the demands of office space or light production. The supplier was Kladno BOMI FLOUR. The floor in one week was completely scratched, the man could scratch perhaps walking in socks! We wrote a complaint, a BRASED technician said. He told us to make an expert opinion and that if he proves that the floor really did not correspond to what they had declared to us in the store, he would replace it. An expert opinion has shown that the floor is absolutely unsuitable and has to be replaced. Suddenly, the company BRASED EUROTEXTIL wrote its "testimonial" (without seeing the floor, never came to us) that we disagree with our testimonial and that we have the floor data to some testing in Brno. We had no choice but to sell lawyers who will solve it the right way. In addition, an association has taken the initiative to send it to the COI. Really the worst approach I've ever seen!

Not recommended. The woman decided to replace the PVC in the kitchen. Within two weeks we made a circle around Brno. They went around all the Brno stores where you can buy or order pvc in the role. Where we went we also borrowed samples of roofing we liked. We also found a few of our “pvc favorites” at this company's shop at Škrobárenská 10. But they were at a higher price than elsewhere, and under other names we couldn't find on the Internet at all. So the advice at the end: look well, you can even save. Petr Musil

Many times I persuaded my mother to write a few rules about her experience with buying BRASED. Last week, when we were at the cottage together, she finally agreed, but I could write about this experience on my profile. In 2015, we bought a carpet in a store on Palackého třída in Brno. It hung over the railing of the gallery, and as we packed we noticed waves on the carpet across its entire width. The saleswoman assured us that it would work out and in a while the wave would disappear. Because this did not happen, she decided to complain about the carpet in February 2016. She called the store, the phone was taken by the gentleman (our name is still marked on the receipt) and he said he would ask how they could get the money back. But he never called again. So she called again and agreed this time with the lady that she would take the carpet to the store for assessment by the company's technician. The lady informed them that they would reject the complaint after the assessment and that they could take the carpet away. She asked if the owner could call me. The salesman left and returned a moment later, saying that the owner had an important meeting and did not have time. Dad picked up the carpet, put it in the car, and drove off. His mother didn't go with him, she was very disappointed and for a moment she looked through the window in the shop window, looking into the ward. There was a debate going on, probably about her, and about the complaint. It wasn't too long before a man came over the counter, gestured importantly with the staff, and then smiled. So that important action was probably not so important. We took the carpet to the cottage, my four-year-old daughter is playing it, and she is the only one who doesn't mind the wave… ..

Hello, I would like to share my experience with floating vinyl flooring hydrofix click. The floor has been for over a year and we bought it for a dog. Because our dog is very lively, we were worried about scratch on the floor but not about our satisfaction, so we chose the same floor in the next room. At the Branch in Brno he was willing and friendly staff, I can only recommend.

It may be a subjective impression, but communication in one word appalling. After all, the reaction of the wolfberry corresponds to that - the heating test was carried out and the moisture measurement was well below the standard and below the usual values. Indeed, as I remember, even Brased about a month before laying adequate humidity (and suggested to install immediately) was roughly agreed on the date of laying - and after a few weeks the sudden moisture was reportedly unsatisfactory, a few days later another supplier measured humidity deep below requirements of the standard. I cannot resist the impression that the Brased measurement results were mainly driven by the capacity utilization of their laying capacities. Asked by another supplier and there was no problem. Don't be angry, but I can't react, even though it's been over a year. You write that you regret having inaccurate information. Which of the following do you think are inaccurate? On the contrary, I really regret that you mention obvious falsities in your answer - please do not react at all. Any further communication via email, I think this is not a suitable platform. We bought several tens of m2 of Aquafix Dub Vita floor here. Before we decided and made an order, we visited the store perhaps 2-3 times and always one of the sellers paid attention to us and answered all questions. In our case, the delivery was made within 4 weeks. Unfortunately, some slats showed a defect in the decor, so we complained about these defective pieces - the seller followed a prompt reaction and exchange of all new packaging. Unfortunately, this situation was repeated in a new batch - again, the seller solved everything relatively quickly and replaced it. These problems were also offset by a discount on the total price of the delivery. 5 stars if everything was flawless. But given the seller's approach to solving potential problems, I can't help but recommend 4 stars.

We ordered a vinyl floor for the whole house and communication with both the sales staff and also the technician who advised us with the area and quantity was professional and pleasant. We received the goods on time and we received free floor rails as part of the sales promotion. I definitely recommend the store, they have not only a great selection of products, but also a very good approach to customers.
