★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about outdated and on life support. This place is just old school. There are ways to pump life into aging shopping malls but this is an example of doing the opposite. There are three floors. The third is completely empty and closed.
I feel horrible for the small businesses on the second floor, because, why even go up there? The only saving grace is the Albert's. Never thought you would read something that, did you? Albert's in a good light.
