Pleasant salon environment. The staff of the wedding salon will not inspire or offend. Just for me, a slightly more limited selection of dresses. Unfortunately, I did not find the right ones for myself.

Beautiful dress, nice and helpful staff.

Visited in February 2022, the approach was professional, however, I was disappointed that I tried only 3 models and they did not bring me more, I understand that 3 is enough for someone, but I am one of the most demanding clients who want to try even 7 models. Affordable salon, also considering very beautiful ..

Thank you very much for your willingness and approach in modifying my dress, even though I bought the dress elsewhere. The environment was beautiful and I would definitely recommend the salon to brides! :-)

The salon was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the lady was uncomfortable and did not forgive the remark that I was too tall with my 175cm :) The dress didn't even show me before trying it, and they immediately wanted to dress it ... it was also very interesting. Although I specified the idea of ​​a dress, without my knowledge, she brought me a completely different dress and automatically dressed it for me - even though the dress did not suit me at all and was a number smaller. I gave up after the second dress, and the lady just added that they don't have more models for me anyway :) In the end, she gave me a magazine, with the words that in a magazine, dresses always look better when the models are thin. Horrible experience, I do not recommend to anyone, and I really do not understand the positive reviews of this salon.

Hello everyone, we have the same very unpleasant experience with this salon as Ms. Vicherková. Soon I will describe everything, girls anyway, advance payments to pay only when you have tested, photographed, described in detail in the contract. Because next time they may be even more annoying to you than at the beginning, that even the dream dress will not pay for it. But it will be you who will not want to go there and experience it again, it will be you who will lose the entire deposit, despite the fact that you want to withdraw from the contract, even half a year before the wedding, precisely because of such unpleasant behavior. So be careful !!!!

So perhaps for the last time. I do not solve my bad experiences with the salon only here, as the owner writes (I will copy the e-mail communication soon), we solve everything in person, by e-mail from 8.4. when the second meeting took place. Unfortunately, the owner did not accede to any of our proposals, so we withdrew from the contract. According to her, we can do that, but she will not return the deposit. Either we take what we have in the contract or the deposit falls. P. the owner claims that she is obliged to fulfill only what is written in the contract, so be very careful whether in that contract you, like us, do not only have a dress, a veil and a petticoat under a name that cannot even be read. Because according to the owner, these are things that she is obliged to provide for you according to the contract, nothing else. And then you come to the second test and find out that the petticoat you want to put does not go there and therefore there is exactly what you are trying to do and because of it the lining will be cut, but the wider one would not fit under the dress (the one you want). Not to mention other adjustments that promise you, and then a week before the wedding you will find out that they do not work and you will not pay only a 50% fee but you will pay extra according to their conditions. We were lucky in the misfortune that we were at the second test much earlier and the unpleasantly austere employee, who was there herself, told us from the lungs what would not work, and so we had time to deal with it. And when the daughter forgets about the unpleasant experience and misleading, perhaps she will choose a dress elsewhere where they will be friendlier and nicer to brides, for whom it is a big step in life today. So I wish you a happier choice of salon and, most importantly, to document everything in the contract, including all the proposed modifications, because then they will not be able to tell you that it is not possible or that it does not even have to in terms of the contract. Because one of the last sentences of the owner, we either remove the dress as described in the contract, or we can withdraw, but the booking fee falls. So beware, according to their conditions, it is not possible to lose min. 50% of the total price of the order to withdraw, they do not have it at all in the conditions. If you want to resign, you always leave at least a deposit there, regardless of why you resign or if it is 2 months or half a year before the wedding, as was the case with us. And one more thing, if my daughter chose a dress somewhere else, I would easily sacrifice the CZK 7,000, but I don't want to leave them to them for that approach, misleading and subsequently insulting my person. And then maybe something will change for them too.
