Update after few years - again great and quick Samsung service, reasonable price, very nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with my mobile for warranty display change which I bought in CZ web store (which works also in other EU countries) and they refused to repair it claiming it has an Italian serial number even I do have Czech receipt.
After some searching - They seem do not have EU repair license only minimum CZ one. ?
So in my opinion, this service company should not be called official warranty service since the warranty conditions are the same in EU. They try to save money by not paying EU warranty program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A phone sent to this service because of back cover peeling off, apparently due to that problem something got inside, unknown thing i dont even know if it was liquid and caused some oxidation but I certainly don't know how if a device was mostly put on office desk and in protective cover whole year I had it since purchase. It doesn't even show any liquid damage on its indicator and device looks like brand new without scratch but apparently this service thinks that device was exposed to something off IP68 and MIL-STD-10 rating ???? Clear air perhaps ?? Warranty replacement denied 3 times in a row and I don't think someone even looked at this properly because if IP68 phone does have problem with seal or glue and doesn't hold properly then i am 100% sure it should be covered, it is not my fault that cover that should hold was not holding and I didn't even know that until I was going to change my SIM
Great phone that passed perhaps poor quality control and later had back cover peeling off ended up without fix when needed because no one give a f
Price calculation for a fix is 2 times more than phone costed itself and all that because of BACK COVER NOT PROPERLY GLUED OUT OF FACTORY
