Very inadequate place for a stop of international trains. Missing facilities and poor connection to the city centre

Quite good for a temporary train station (while the main one undergoes well deserved renovation).

There is a room insire to warm up during the maintenance of Hlavní Nádraží.

Better than some recent reviews, because the station has been updated to meet the passenger demands relating to the Brno main station refurbishment. Ticket office, waiting room, taxi rank all available. Although for short trips I would advise you take the complimentary no. 61 bus from Dolni and Hlavni Nadrazi and NOT a taxi - the drivers get very annoyed about short trips and will take you for a very long drive in order to earn extra Kcs. Or take a short walk along Rosicka, past the main bus terminal, through the Vankovka shopping mall and you'll be at the back of the main station in 8 mins.

I was hesitant walking here because it looked deserted. However, inside was plenty of space to wait (extra rooms at the back). The restrooms are free! There are 4 ticket windows and a vending machine. Clear announcements and easy to get to tracks. No charging stations, cafes, etc. Very bare. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I walked here through the mall. Just keep going straight.

Disappointed to arrive here from Bratislava on EC train. A few modern bits (lifts to platforms) but general temporary feel - most facilities in portacabins or containers. Didn't see any bus info (there are connections 200 metres from station) so walked 4 blocks with our luggage to front of main station for our tram - past bleak car park, through Galerie Vankovka (warm and dry), past Tesco and under main station.

It looks like a concentration camp station. There are no signs, and the European security rules are probably not respected. Brno is the second most important City of Czech republic, it deserves a place in which strangers can feel safe and sound but most of all, that represents the status of a city of so much importance.

The most estúpid system I see in my life. Bus are not connected, drivers are arrogants. The station looks like a scene of the communism.. like a horror movie without budget... buses are not finishing at hlavni nadrazi, they are finishing 100 meters before. Bravo! Snowing and with baggages. Also no infrastructure at all.. not ATM, nothing... Alright, it looks that you arrive to a ghost village... Dpmb really dirty and bad job... Cesky drahy, you still living in the deep communism..
