 The station is beautifully repaired and well oriented. The station is well visible from a distance. And it is not too big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duben 2019: Obrovská ostuda Brna, to je ÚAN Zvonařka. Nekonečná černá deska nad hlavou působí klaustrofobicky. U vstupu není použitelná orientační tabule, kde by se dalo zjistit, odkud jede konkrétní autobus. ZBOURAT!!!
Jeďte se podívat do Hradce Králové jak může vypadat MODERNÍ autobusové nádraží.
Rok 2021: ÚAN Zvonařka po rekonstrukci? Tak to se vážně moc nepovedlo!!! Koho napadlo postavit svažitý přístup na střechu čekárny? A blátivá cesta od nové zastávky tramvaje....
April 2019: A huge disgrace to Brno, this is ÚAN Zvonařka. The endless black plate above the head is claustrophobic. There is no orientation board at the entrance, where you can find out where a particular bus is coming from. ZBOURAT !!!
Go to Hradec Králové to see what a MODERN bus station can look like.
Year 2021: ÚAN Zvonařka after reconstruction? So it really didn't work out very well !!! Who thought of building a sloping approach to the roof of the waiting room? A muddy road from the new tram stop ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlavní motivací provozovatele je sedřít kůži z dopravců obřími poplatky a poškodit ve finále cestující. Chaos v označování zastávek ani nezmiňuji. Strašný přístup k docela pěkně zmodernizovanému nádraží. Styďte se.
The main motivation of the operator is to take the skin off the carriers with huge charges and harm the passengers in the end. I don't even mention the chaos in marking stops. Terrible access to a pretty nicely modernized station. Be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень запутанная инфраструктура на вокзале. Табло малоинформативны. Непонятно с какой платформы отправляется тот или иной автобус.
Слишком много магазинов вокруг, а вот как найти туалет ? - сразу и неясно.
Указателей очень мало.
Крыша над платформами даёт возможность укрыться от дождя, но днём из-за неё там очень темно.
Свободный wifi как бы есть, но его как бы нет, потому что он то подключается, то через пять минут пропадает, то сеть без доступа в интернет.
Сами автобусы комфортные, билет можно купить у водителя, претензий нет.
Very confusing infrastructure at the station. The scoreboard is uninformative. It is not clear from which platform this or that bus departs.
There are too many shops around, but how to find a toilet ? is immediately and unclear.
There are very few pointers.
The roof above the platforms provides shelter from the rain, but during the day it is very dark because of it.
Free wifi seems to be there, but it seems to be non-existent, because it either connects, then disappears after five minutes, then the network does not have access to the Internet.
The buses themselves are comfortable, you can buy a ticket from the driver, there are no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No boards to tell you which stop to go to for your bus. Your best bet is to find a friendly local or ask a bus driver which stop. Not at all tourist friendly!
