Only good while selling, but can't say the same for car services. Terrible customer service with checkup and repairs.

Great experience, Mister Jan Klima from the service reception was always polite..and he has alot of good ideeas. Sales Agents are also very good I can higly recommed Mister Marek Sekanina.

They are professional when it comes to work on the car itself but it takes ages to get ordered for a repair and when you get there to pick up your car you might wait up to half an hour just to get the keys, no experience with buying cars

Worst service EVER!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I'll start from beginning. back in August at my parking lot, someone scratched my drivers door. Thankfully the other driver was kind enough to leave me his contact and apologies. Being BRNOCAR an authorized Ford Dealership and close to my work (IBM), I decided to take it there for repair. Next available slot for repair was 4 weeks later, scheduled for 15 October. Repair would take 1 WEEK, maximum 2 WEEKS, BRNOCAR said. As agreed with insurance, i was entitled to service car of similar segment (mondeo/kuga), and the car would be ready for me on 15th. SO FAR, SO GOOD. A month later, on 15th of October i take my car there at agreed time, signed some papers and get a Fiesta! They had nothing else, they said! The car was dirty and full of dust outside, clearly wasn't even prepared for me. Well, better than nothing, and its only for a week I thought. From there on, i experienced the worst car service i have ever encountered: - Car only painted at end of 2nd week. - Preparing for paint, body shop workers broke some plastic parts, and ordered the wrong replacement, 3 TIMES!!! - Polishing the car, drivers window was left open and there was polishing paste all over the inside of the car, including the ceiling.(says a lot about the quality of the service) - On week 4, complaining of the delay caused by the 3 TIMES wrong ordered part, BRNOCAR representative tells me: --- "OTHER DEALERSHIPS DIDN'T WANT TO REPAIR YOUR CAR, YOU ARE LUCKY WE ACCEPT IT!!" (Not true by the way, It was my first place of choice) - Demanding to check the paint job, I notice some paint on the hood of the car (in a panel which was not supposed to be painted). I am told that its only wax leftover and will be polished. - End of week 4 part arrives and car is finished. I check the car and notice an attempt to "fix" the so called "wax leftover" has left my hood with permanent paint damage (overpolish, causing a white spot) I ask for the same representative who told me it was "wax leftover", to confront him with the damage, and i am told he is unavailable, despite seeing him 2 minutes before on site. From there I got the following excuses: -Its rust under the paint -It was there before -We didn't touch that part ( despite being right next to the paint area, and being visible the attempt to polish) At this point, i just wanted to get my car out of there. The car is then left at the outside parking lot for another week, waiting for Insurance papers to clear, so i can take it home!! After several calls, there seems to be 0 interest from BRNOCAR to deliver the car to the client, and for them its normal that a service which is suppose to take 1 week, takes 5. Organization at this place is 0, responsibility is 0 and you will feel as if they are doing you a favor! Save yourself the trouble, go ANYWHERE else. PS: Thank you to Mr Ilja Janitsky, who despite all this was the only person who was genuinely concerned to deliver the car and provide the best service possible. Unfortunately it wasn't just up to him.

I have been here just to see some Ford models due looking for new car. Seller has been friendly and professional. But later by phone didn't be able to arrange lend of a specific model to me to try. He promised to call me back, but never called. Then ,just 4 stars. I have not experience with car repair service here yet.

I would like to share a amazing experience i had with Ilja J. from Brnocar. I was buying a Ford Mondeo in Berno and I needed to know if everything was alright with the car mechanically. Ilja was extremely helpful in the whole process, and his english was extremely good. They did a very thorough inspection and where extremely knowledgeable. I don't know if it would have been possible to get everything done without him and the team at Brnocar, great dealership very clean showroom and amazing staff. Absolutely 5 star +

We highly recommend this garage for the following reason. While traveling to Krakow by car, we have had an issue with the engine. The BRNOCAR garage was first easy to find, and an english speaker technician took care of our car as soon as we arrived. We were very well welcomed and satisfied with the work done. Great experience, dēkuji!

We were here to arrange for a test ride. The salesman (Mr. Badurik) was very friendly and he was OK with us coming on saturday. The presentation of the car was very well made and professional, as was then arranging for discount and financing. During subsequent negotiations via phone and e-mail he was very professional and was able to even shave a few additional thousands off the price. We did not buy the car in the end, but still the whole process was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
