★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volala jsem nejmíň 20x,nikdo telefon nezvedl i když jsem ho nechala poměrně dlouho vyzvánět a to podle ordinačních hodin.
I called at least 20 times, no phone did not pick up even though I left quite a long time to ring and according to office hours.

In my opinion, the doctor should wrap it up. The highest dissatisfaction is for me.

I was with the Doctor for the first time last week. The lady doctor is nice and helped me a lot. The nurse is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší doktorku jsem nikdy nezažila,sice to je 10 let,ale rychle jsem od ní utekla,po 3 letech návštěv v poradně to nikam nevedlo,ve srovnání s odborníkem jinde
I have never experienced a worse doctor, although it is 10 years, but I quickly ran away from her, after 3 years of visits to the counseling center it did not lead anywhere, compared to an expert elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka je nekompetentní.Pozve si pacienta na vyšetření a na konci mu řekne že mu výsledky krve neposkytne a léčit nijak nebude. Odůvodnění bylo údajné vynecháni kontroly před 4 lety.... Nutno dodat že i před tímto incidentem paní doktorka nebyla schopná určit diagnozu.(přítelkyně k ní dochází s problémy už delší dobu a v podstatě nikdy nic nevyřešila) To to byla opravdu poslední kapka. Radši k veterináři než sem.
The doctor is incompetent. She invites the patient for an examination and at the end tells him that she will not give him the blood results and will not treat him in any way. The justification was allegedly omitted from the inspection 4 years ago .... It should be added that even before this incident, the doctor was not able to make a diagnosis (her girlfriend has been having problems with it for a long time and has basically never solved anything) That was really the last straw. Better to see a vet than here.
