Komunikace proběhla bez problémů. Firma nám zavolal půl hodiny před smluveným časem, když jsme již byli na místě, že nepřijedou. Tímto dávám důrazný palec dolů.
Our company's experience with this forklift provider is absolutely tragic. We ordered the platform a week in advance for the assembly we had 150 km from our headquarters. The communication went smoothly. The company called us half an hour before the agreed time, when we were already on the spot that they would not come. This gives me an emphatic thumbs down.
