★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriozní a neochotný přístup. Když zde vybavíte při rekonstrukci pár bytů např. varnými deskami a jedna z nich po 3 měsících odejde a vyhodí pojistky v celém domě, tak se připravte na to, že musíte místo reklamace ihned A POKUD MOŽNO KOUPIT JINOU NOVOU OD JINÉHO PRODEJCE, protože zde se reklamace vyřizují i v případech výrobků na denní přípravu jídla minimálně 28 dnů, zaměstnanec vám nebude brát telefon a pokud se po půl dni dovoláte, neochotně odpoví, že mají 30 dnů a že je zboží v autorizovaném servise (což lže...protože když se zeptáte co to je za servis tak sdělí, že je to u jejich dodavatele)... NEOCHOTA, NEPROFESIONALITA, ZDE UŽ NEKOUPÍM NIKDY NIC. Nakupujeme často i na amazon kde to vyjde levněji a takové věci řeší obratem a seriozně a ani neplatíte poštovné!!! Toto je typická postkomunistická bída.

If you equip a couple of flats with, for example, hobs during the reconstruction and one of them leaves after 3 months and blows up the insurance policies in the whole house, then be prepared for the fact that you must buy another complaint immediately AND IF IT CAN BUY ANOTHER NEW complaints are handled even in the case of products for daily food preparation for at least 28 days, the employee will not answer your phone and if you call after half a day, they will reluctantly answer that they have 30 days and that the goods are in an authorized service (which lies ... because if you ask what kind of service it is, so they say it's from their supplier) ... DISADVANTAGE, NON-PROFESSIONALISM, I NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE. We often shop on amazon where it is cheaper and solves such things immediately and seriously and you don't even pay postage !!! This is a typical post-communist misery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupen repasovaný PC s 24 měsíců zárukou. Po pár měsících nešel nastartovat, přinesl jsem na prodejnu, se slovy, že jsem ho u nich zakoupil a nejde nastartovat. Ležel zde 2 dny, pak mi volali, že je vše ok. Po pár měsících se totéž opakovalo, nenastartoval, odnesen na prodejnu, po 2 dnech výsledek vše ok. Za pár týdnu potřetí stejný problém. Na prodejně jsem vše opakovaně popsal, naštěstí si tentokrát natočil i video poruchy. Teprve až při této 3. návštěvě se mne prodejce zeptal, zda není náhodou ještě v záruce. Což mne nenapadlo, že by si podle jejich štítku se sériovým číslem na čelní straně PC při příjmu neověřili. Takže předchozí 2 návštěvy jsem normálně platil servis. Nyní je na reklamaci už 2. týden. Následně jsem psal emailem dotaz na koupi nového, na což mi ani na 4. urgenci nikdo neodpověděl. Objednal jsem tedy notebook, který prezentují jako skladem, ale 5. den od objednávky stále nemám info kdy dorazí. Na to jsem narazil i dříve u monitoru - prezentován jako skladem, ale ve skutečnosti ho vůbec neměli, musel jsem koupit jinde. Velmi špatná komunikace s obchodem. Pokud ten nový notebook vůbec dorazí, bude to poslední věc koupená u tohoto prodejce.
Purchased a refurbished PC with a 24 month warranty. After a few months he did not start, I brought it to the store, with the words that I bought it from them and it cannot be started. He lay here for 2 days, then they called me, that everything is ok. After a few months the same thing happened, it didn't start, it was taken to the store, after 2 days the result was all ok. The same problem for the third time in a few weeks. I repeatedly described everything at the store, fortunately this time I also shot a video of the malfunction. Only on this 3rd visit did the seller ask me if he was still under warranty. Which didn't occur to me, according to their serial number label on the front of the PC. So the previous 2 visits I normally paid for service. It is now the 2nd week for a complaint. Subsequently, I wrote an e-mail asking me to buy a new one, to which no one answered me even at the 4th emergency. So I ordered a laptop, which they present as in stock, but on the 5th day after the order I still have no info when it will arrive. I came across this before at the monitor - presented as in stock, but in fact they did not have it at all, I had to buy it elsewhere. Very poor communication with the store. If the new laptop arrives at all, it will be the last thing bought from this dealer.

Pokud objednává člověk nové zboží mělo by tak vypadat. Určitě nedoporučuji.
