Pana Jiříčka a jeho společnost Buďa Reality jsem si vybral na základě osobního pohovoru se třemi realitními kancelářemi působícími ve Zlínském kraji. Pan Jiříček jako jediný dokázal adekvátně zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody prodávané nemovitosti a podle toho nastavil úspěšnou strategii prodeje, díky které se nám podařilo prodat nemovitost za vyšší cenu (v řádech statisíců), než doporučovaly jiné realitní kanceláře. Přesvědčil mě i vhodně navrženou a pestrou propagací, která cílila na různé skupiny potencionálních zájemců. Maximálně mi vyhovovala jeho flexibilita a efektivita. Na čem jsme se spolu dohodli, to platilo. Snažil se vždy vyjít vstříc mým požadavkům a dokázal upozornit na adekvátní rizika. Pana Jiříčka mohu rozhodně doporučit, byl spolehlivým a profesionálním průvodcem v průběhu celého procesu prodeje. This year I sold an apartment in Zlín. I chose Mr. Jiříček and his company Buďa Reality on the basis of a personal interview with three real estate agencies operating in the Zlín Region. Mr. Jiricek was the only one who was able to adequately assess the advantages and disadvantages of the real estate sold and accordingly set a successful sales strategy, thanks to which we managed to sell the property for a higher price (hundreds of thousands) than recommended by other real estate agencies. He also convinced me with a well-designed and varied promotion that targeted different groups of potential candidates. I was most satisfied with its flexibility and efficiency. What we agreed on was true. He always tried to meet my requirements and was able to point out adequate risks. I can definitely recommend Mr. Jiříček, he was a reliable and professional guide throughout the entire sales process.
A	Aleš Pojar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prohlídku bytu pan “makléř” přijel upocený v cyklistickém úboru, při prohlídce si dělal srandu z mého věku a nedokázal pochopit, že jsem pracující student... už tento přístup mě zaskočil... zvlášť, když jsem měl o byt vážný zájem. Na prohlídku dalšího bytu přijela maminka pana “makléře” a představila se slovy “jinak, já su teda Buďa reality” a podala ruku (mimochodem paní byla upocená ještě více, než pan cyklista před ní). O bytě, který byl v naprosto špatném stavu, smrdělo to v něm, mluvila jako o úžasného prostoru. Opět jsem postřehl několik narážek na můj věk - mimochodem v té době 19. Obecně mi vadil velmi neprofesionální přístup a jako majitel nemovistosti bych rozhodně nechtěl, aby mě zastupoval někdo takový. Má zkušenost pochází z léta 2019. Mr. "broker" came to inspect the apartment, sweaty in his cycling attire, making fun of my age during the inspection and couldn't understand that I was a working student ... this approach already surprised me ... especially when I was seriously interested in the apartment. Mr. "broker's" mother came to inspect the next apartment and introduced herself with the words "otherwise, I'm a reality" and shook hands (by the way, the lady was sweating even more than the cyclist in front of her). She spoke of the apartment, which was in utterly bad condition, smelled like amazing space. Again, I noticed several allusions to my age - by the way, at the time of the 19th. In general, I was bothered by the very unprofessional approach, and as a property owner, I would definitely not want to be represented by someone like that. My experience dates back to the summer of 2019.
T	Tomáš Ševčík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neférové a neprofesionální jednání, podání ruky jako leklé ryby, po jasně projeveném zájmu o pronájem nemovitosti byla dána přednost člověku, který projevil zájem později, bez nějakého upozornění (telefon, zpráva, nic). Nedoporučuji. Absolutely unfair and unprofessional conduct, shaking hands like a frightened fish, after a clearly expressed interest in renting real estate, preference was given to a person who showed interest later, without any notice (phone, message, nothing). I do not recommend.

Jeho přístup je spíše nadstandardní a překvapily mě uvedené negativní názory. Málo kdo vám v dnešní společnosti pomůže řešit cokoliv nad rámec svých povinností (pokud to nevede k jeho popularitě v mediálním světě apod.) . V mém případě šlo např o pomoc s velmi nepřizpůsobivými nájemníky z řad narkomanů a myslím si, že šlo o profesionální pomoc beze zbytku. K negativním názorům jen toto: ..to že je někdo důrazný, jasně,krátce a zřetelně bez zbytečných průtahů hovoří k věci neznamená, že že je arogantní. ...A pokud jste jednička v oboru, je jasné, že je o vás zájem a telefon stále zvoní hovory jsou však zpravidla pracovní . Mimochodem jeho bratr telefon odloží, jen když spí. Toš tak. ....závidíte? Jeho služby mohu jen doporučit. His approach is rather above standard and I was surprised by the negative opinions. Few people will help you in solving anything beyond their responsibilities in today's society (unless this leads to its popularity in the media world, etc.). In my case, it was such a relief to tenants very unadaptable among drug addicts and I think it was a completely professional help. To the negative views just this: .. that someone is emphatic, clearly, briefly and clearly without undue delay does not mean that he is arrogant. ... And if you are the industry leader, it is clear that you are interested and the phone is still ringing calls are usually working. By the way, his brother puts the phone away only when he sleeps. That's right. .... envy? I can only recommend his services.
T	Tomáš Bělaška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Jiříček... :-) 2x jsem byl dotazován na prohlídku bytu - zda platí. Dorazíme na místo, majitelka o ničem neví, nájemník o ničem neví. Pan Jiříček mešká, stisk jako leklá ryba... Mezi tím se tam vetře zájemkyně, která měla mít prohlídku až po nás asi 20-30min., volali jsme jako první zájemci. Pan makléř nám nesdělil nic o bytě a společných prostorech a ani náklady na byt - všude plus mínus stejné, o ničem nevěděl. Prý jestli budeme mít vážný zájem tak to zkusí zjistit. Zájemkyně se s panem Jiříčkem ztratí v jedné z místností a nabízí makléři peníze v hotovosti nejspíše i do kapsy. V tom jsme to po pěti minutách s manželkou už nevydrželi a začali jsme se obouvat. Pan Jiříček nám ve dveřích sděluje, že nám najde jiné bydlení. Na to jsme mu řekli, že s takovým přístupem určitě ne a ať nás raději ani nekontaktuje... The broker did not tell us anything about the apartment and common areas, nor the cost of the apartment - everywhere plus or minus the same, he did not know anything. He says he will try to find out if we are seriously interested. The applicant gets lost with Mr. Jiříček in one of the rooms and probably offers the broker cash in his pocket. After five minutes, my wife and I couldn't stand it anymore and we started to put on our shoes. Mr. Jiříček tells us at the door that he will find us another place to live. We told him that certainly not with such an approach and let him not even contact us ...

V případě pronájmu bytu nám vyšel vždy vstříc, za velmi krátkou dobu byt obsadil novými nájemníky (jednalo se o opakované obsazení nájemníků). Zajištění všech služeb týkajících se pronájmu vyřídil rychle a spolehlivě. Jeho služby budeme využívat i nadále a jeho realitní kancelář mohu jen doporučit. Negativní recenze, jak bylo napsáno, že se jedná o nejhoršího, arogantního, atd.. se nezakládají na pravdě. Pan Jiříček vystupuje profesionálně a jeho výsledky hovoří za vše. V případě, jak bylo uvedeno dále v jedné recenzi, že po celou dobu např. telefonuje, se toto tvrzení též nezakládá na pravdě. Po celou dobu prohlídky bytu, kde se byli podívat noví nájemníci, a u které jsme byli vždy přítomni, se jim věnoval a neřešil jiné aktivity. Pokud mu telefon zazvonil, tak jej ukončil ihned, nebo jej v ten daný okamžik vypnul. Jedná se o realitní kancelář, tak je pochopitelné, že mu volají zájemci o nemovitost. Jak jsem uvedl výše, s realitní kanceláří BUĎA reality jsme spokojeni a její služby budeme dále využívat. Provision of all services related to the rental handled quickly and reliably. We will continue to use his services and I can only recommend his real estate agency. Negative reviews, as it was written, are the worst, arrogant, etc .. not based on truth. Mr. Jiříček performs professionally and his results speak for themselves. In the case, as stated in one review below, that for example, he is making telephone calls all the time, this statement is also not based on the truth. Throughout the tour of the apartment, where new tenants were seen, and at which we were always present, he devoted himself to them and did not deal with other activities. If his phone rang, he ended it immediately or turned it off at that moment. It is a real estate agency, so it is understandable that he is calling those interested in the property. As I mentioned above, we are satisfied with the real estate agency BUĎA reality and we will continue to use its services.

Když jsem mu řekla, že mám o byt zájem s tím, že na další den mu zavolám, a že jestli mi ho podrží, mi tvrdil, že byt mi podrží. Další den jsem mu volala, že byt beru a on mi oznámil, že to dal někomu jinému, byl to nějaký pán co přišel hned po mně na obhlídku. Takže byt mi podržel ani ne na 10 minut. Nezavolal mi, nenapsal ani zprávu, že byt už dal někomu jinému. Očividně asi pán po mně dal p. Jiříčkovi nějaké peníze do kapsy, aby byt získal. Poučení: p. realiťákovi je potřeba dám víc peněz do kapes, aby vám byt podržel. Unprofessional conduct and handshake like a frightened fish. The next day I called him to take the apartment and he told me that he had given it to someone else, it was some gentleman who came right after me for a tour. So he held my apartment for less than 10 minutes. He did not call me, nor did he write a report that he had already given the apartment to anyone else. Apparently, the master after me gave Mr. Jiříček some money in his pocket to get the apartment. Instruction: Mr. Realist needs to put more money in his pockets to hold your apartment.
B	Bohumila Patáková Koníčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem katastrofa. Kromě pronájmu se mi snažil prodat i pojištění. Smlouva absolutně neprofesionální, na mé výhrady ke smlouvě byl arogantní a řekl mi doslova, že jako nájemce si moc vyskakuju. Ve smlouvě věci jako že náklady na opravu podlah, plynu l, vody a elektriky jdou za mnou jako nájemce, v inkasu zahrnuty náklady na fond oprav.... Prostě se vyřádil. Ve výsledku po měsíci bydlení skryté vady, které omezují užívání bytu. Takže vyhněte se prosím tomuto pánovi, pokud chcete v klidu bydlet. In a word, disaster. The contract was absolutely unprofessional, he was arrogant about my reservations about the contract and he literally told me that as a tenant I was very much jumping. In the contract things like that the cost of repairing floors, gas, water and electricity come to me as a tenant, in the collection included the cost of the repair fund .... He just eliminated. As a result, after a month of housing hidden defects that limit the use of the apartment. So please avoid this gentleman if you want to live in peace.
