J	Jan Pilecek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé řeznictví. Pokud jedeme kolem vždy něco koupíme. Případně nakupujeme "v ústřední" prodejně v Hořicích. Doporučuji zejména slaninu a tyrolskou plec. Nebo holandské řízky. Great butcher shop. If we go around we always buy something. Alternatively, we shop "in the central" store in Hořice. I especially recommend bacon and Tyrolean shoulder. Or Dutch cuttings.

Nevím jestli sekaná, nebo to kuřecí, a ještě byl ten závitek udělaný ze stehenního řízku. K tomu šťouchaný brambor, což byl obyčejný vařený brambor, lehce rozdrobený a zasypány nějakou sušenou bilinkou. Úplně suché a bez chuti, kuchař zdrejmě marodí a zaskakuje vedle pan z kovošrotu, jinak si ten hnus neumím vysvětlit. There was nothing worse here, not even in the school canteen in the 80's.
