S je stále jak na medvěda a to běžně nosím M, tak jen nevím co pak objednávají slečny, které mají běžně vel. 36, ale to je vedlejší. Zaslání zboží je ale bohužel vždy cca za 3 týdny. G	Gabriela Furchova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží moc pěkné, pokud se ho tedy vůbec dočkáte, ale dodací lhůta, komunikace obchodu a celkový přístup, bohužel velmi špatný. Zkusila jsem to dvakrát a potřetí už to pokoušet nebudu. Goods very nice, if you get it at all, but delivery time, trade communication and overall approach, unfortunately very bad. I tried it twice and I won't try it a third time.

Na prodejně slečna všechny přání splnila, i když to teda nebylo vždy s úsměvem a trochu jsem měla pocit, že ji spíš obtěžuji, ale bylo těsně před Vánoci, tak se jí ani člověk možná nedivil. Kupovala jsem mimo jiné svetr. Až doma jsem bohužel zjistila, že svetr hrozně smrdí- nevím jestli to je materiálem nebo skladováním- byl donesen ze skladu, nevysel v prodejne.Zkoušela jsem vyvětrat několikrát - nepomohlo. Vyprat v prostředku na vlnu - nepomohlo. Když ho navoním vydrží to jen krátkodobě a za chvíli je to zase zpět. Among other things, I bought a sweater. Unfortunately, at home I found out that the sweater stinks - I don't know if it's material or storage - it was brought from the warehouse, not in the store. I tried to ventilate several times - it didn't help. Washing in the middle of the wool - did not help. When I smell it, it only lasts for a short time and after a while it's back.

Přístup a komunikace eshopu neuvěřitelne nepříjemná, reakce trvá několik dní. Zboží jak v prosinci, tak na zacatku unora dle eshopu dostupne + overeno telefonicky, že je a pak mi nepřislo s infem, že bude zase za pár tydnu, že pry chyba eshopu… zvlastni kdyz bylo skladem i v kamennem obchode… Chapu ze se muze stat ale 2x? Zvlastni… a hlavne ten pristup velmi neprijemna komunikace, byt to nebyla ma chyba… Hodne si promyslim zda nekdy neco znovu objednam. :( Ohledně zboží, to je super a kvalitní o tom žádná ale ted přístup k zákazníkům… Unfortunately, despite the great response to this brand from friends, I ordered twice and I'm twice disappointed. Especially and especially the approach very unpleasant communication, even if it was not my fault… I think a lot about ever ordering something again. :( Regarding the goods, it is great and quality about it no but now access to customers…

Co mě však zarazilo je délka kalhot, při výšce 169 cm mi kolegyně musí kalhoty zkrátit a to výrazně (14 cm). Jsem normální postavy, nohy sice nemám až do nebe, ale krátké také ne. Myslím, že průměrná výška českých žen je mezi 165 - 170 cm a jen málokdy se mi v obchodě stalo, že by kalhoty byly tak výrazně dlouhé! Poskytujete sice zkrácení, ale při představě, že musím zase zabalit, dojít kamsi s balíčkem... a pak znovu vyzvednout, tedy to se na mě nezlobte, ale přijde mi to podivné tato praxe. Oč jednodušší by bylo do objednávky napsat jakou požadujete délku. Ráda bych si objednala ještě jedny kalhoty, ale tohle mě odrazuje.
