Krušnohoru jde jen a jen o prachy a nic jiného ho nezajímá. Podezřelé kamarádšofty s přízněnými firmičkami typu Hasman, Blesk atd. také mluví za vše. 99% věcí je netransparentních a neprůhledných. Za devastaci některých čtvrtí či domů může také Krušnohor, to SBD schvaluje nájemníky a podnajemníky ve svých bytech, ale veřejně se prezentuje jako "hodný" správce bytů, který bojuje proti nepřizpůsobivým, ale skutečnost je přesně opačná. Pro Krušnohor je důležité, že byty jsou obasazené a je jedno kým, ale hlavně že se platí nájem. A ten jejich plátek (měsíčník), který chodí pravidelně do schránky je dobrý tak maximálně na mytí oken: od odporného papíru přes příšernou grafiku až po zastaralou češtinu v textu, pasivně agresivní články autora Prokeše ani raději nezmiňuji. A za to platíme? Web a jeho grafika je jak z 90. let minulého století. Nedivím se, že některé domy z Krušnohoru raději z jeho správy odešli a dům si spravují sami: mají tak kontrolu nad vším včetně toho kdo bude jejich nájemce bytu nebo podnájemník atd. It is important for Krušnohor that the flats are occupied and it doesn't matter who, but mainly that the rent is paid. And their slice (monthly), which goes to the mailbox regularly, is as good as possible for washing windows: from disgusting paper through horrible graphics to outdated Czech in the text, I prefer not to mention the passively aggressive articles by Prokeš. And do we pay for it? The web and its graphics date back to the 1990s. I'm not surprised that some houses from Krušnohor preferred to leave his administration and manage the house themselves: they have control over everything, including who will be their tenant or subtenant, etc.
