★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnesniho dne 6.6. ve 13:03hod. jsem navstivil Vasi prodejnu a nestacil se divit.po prichodu k pultu mi obsluha nebyla schopna odpovedet ani na Dobry den. Nasledovalo trapne ticho, marne jsem premyslel zda mam oslovit pana u pc popr toho co stoji opren o prodejni stul popr nekoho kdo se v prodejne nachazi. Nikdo se me ani nezeptal co potrebuji.tak jsem panovi co sedel u pc sdelil muj pozadavek.pak tam neco natukal, rekl si o castku a nasledne mi podal fakturu aniz by se rozloucil popr rekl kde si mam dany vyrobek vyzvednout. Jsem byl primo v soku jak si Vazi zakaznika. Jiz nekolikrat jsem u dane firmy nakupoval o vik kde bylo vse vyreseno k me spokojenosti a obsluha byla vzdy mila a bez sebemensich problemu-asi mladi lide. Takze pres tyden rozhodne nedoporucuji popr. majiteli doporucuji vymenu personalu ci dukladne proskoleni jak se chovat k zakaznikum.

I have already bought several times at the tax company where everything was solved to my satisfaction and the service was always nice and without the slightest problems - probably young people. So, during the week, I definitely do not recommend or recommend the owner to change staff or thorough training on how to behave towards customers.
