★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice milí lidé, majitel ochotný chlapík tak jak bych to u těchto lidí od koní opravdu očekávala. Zavolala jsem a mé přání vyplnil během dne. Vzali mi dcerku na koně a ukázali nám stáje. V takovém prostředí nechám ráda trénovat své dítě ?. Trenérka hodná, usměvavá a lidé kolem působili opravdu mile. Měla jsem dobrý pocit . Dcerka byla velmi nadšená a to byl cíl. Jen tak dál přátelé ?
Very nice people, the owner a helpful guy the way I would really expect these horses from horses. I called and he fulfilled my wishes during the day. They took my daughter on horseback and showed us the stables. I like to train my child in such an environment ?. The coach was good, smiling and the people around looked really nice. I felt good. The daughter was very excited and that was the goal. Just keep going friends ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkažené odpoledne. Při objednání nezmíněny informace o potřebném oblečení, na místě 4x vytknuto, že to naše není vhodné. A to i když byli upozorněni, že na koni budeme sedět poprvé. Jednu instruktorku bych nerad hanil, byla příjemná. Druhá (ta objednávající), zhruba 18 let, nevysvětlila nic, řekla jen "no tak zatočte" a obrátila oči vsloup, že člověk nic neví. První lekce ale naprosto k ničemu, vyhozené peníze a zkažené odpoledne.
Příště budu moudrý a budu volit jiný ranč.
Spoiled afternoon. When ordering, there is no mention of information about the necessary clothes, on the spot 4 times it is stated that ours is not suitable. Even though they were warned that we would be riding the horse for the first time. I would not like to insult one instructor, she was nice. The second (the ordering one), about 18 years old, didn't explain anything, just said "turn around" and rolled her eyes that you don't know anything. But the first lesson is completely useless, wasted money and a spoiled afternoon.
Next time I will be wise and choose another ranch.
