About Bukovský kavárna a cukrářství
Projekt Gourmet Brno představuje top podniky rozdělené do sedmi kategorií – restaurace, bistra, kavárny, pivnice, vinárny a wine bary, cukrárny a bary. Výběr podniků je dvoukolový. Nejprve byla 21 brněnskými patrioty nominována zařízení, kde se podle nich dobře jí a pije a to celkem v 8 kategoriích: restaurace, bistra, kavárny, cukrárny, vinárny, pivnice, bary a „fine dining”. Opakující se jména postoupila do finále, kde je vyhodnotily tříčlenné poroty složené z nezávislých hodnotitelů z řad odborníků, novinářů nebo influencerů z Česka. Do užšího výběru podniků byly zařazeny v každé kategorii ty podniky, které v celkovém hodnocení dosáhly nad 70 procent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cute place, with tasty cakes and sweets. A little bit overcharge for Brno and for what you get. Yes those are very tasty desserts and I know that the owner have certificate from a well known pastry chef but is not the place where you can justify 90kc for a dessert. Same price of dessert is in Paris.
