★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm amazed by how many "local guides" give mediocre places like this five stars.
This must be one of the worst managed branches of the chain in Prague.
Offered one drink in an hour.
Took 20 minutes to take a food order (and counting), which was obviously reheated, when it arrived. (The "new" "Mexican" dish, which was little more than a starter and the corn tortillas were dried out, as were the jalapeños and cheese on top.)
I had better experiences here a few years ago but, especially in recent months, it's been a washout.
Not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service, service and service! That's the only thing that bothered me here. It was the worst service I've ever experienced in such a level of dining in Prague! The food was excellent, but no worth going to a place where you are not welcomed and staff is literally trying to kick you out even 20min before the closetime. The young dark-hair waitress was an uneducated person, even the manager wasn't able to give excuses. Never come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at this restaurant maintains a constant quality compared to other restaurants you can order from. This is reflected in the prices. The selection of food is surprisingly good, but frequently changes. I enjoyed their burger, however, they don't have this anymore. My current favorite meal is the quesadilla, but it is mildly unusual with a little veggies in it. I also enjoy the chicken nuggets. Another meal I can recommend are the pancakes. These are the best ones I've ever had delivered from any restaurant. They also include a number of dips for each of their foods, which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the brand from when I am in Czech. We had good dinner with family. Apart from that I was missing more little bit more care from service side. I ordered non spicy wings but it came to spicy wings. The taste was good but I order nonspicy due to my kid and in the end did not manage to feed him from myfood. And please do not add Tabasco when it come to spicy. It is very strong flavour and it takes all taste of the main marination from the wing. But this place I love to visit and will recommend as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love in beer Velvet) I loved dark sort of beer and porter without filter. Potrefena was amazing variety kitchen, good meat and so salad with olive oil. Everything was perfect! I also was in other place if this net is it better because: faster service, nor so more people, good attraction, football translation. Amount good price and quality beer. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some DIVINE lunch here the other day!! Delicious beef cooked to perfection with pepper sauce and delicious vegetables, melts in your mouth! They go above and beyond with the presentation as well! Incredible service and wonderful, helpful staff who speak great english, definitely one of the best spots in the area and I definitely recommend! ?
