Edit on 20220324 - I asked for a burger without onions, as I am allergic. Not only taking consideration the face of the cashier, clearly annoyed by a request (she told me I should be using the machines - to which I replied I can't edit the orders there to take out onions). The order came with the onions. When I complained about it, the cashier and the guy working making the burger shouted something to each other, and he manually removed 80% of the onions from the burger. Couldn't eat, as I am allergic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only fast food where the meat portion is fair, and it feels like actually eating meat. The onion rings are quite decent too. Looking forward to trying the Oreo cake with a coffee next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ burgers are ok, like it's burger king so it's pretty good.
the one major gripe is that they fill up drinks for orders and then leave them there, and they are just getting stale waiting for the order.
I mean it got me off of drinking coke which i think is a net positive, but if you are going to buy food with a drink there, it's better to go there personally rather than ordering from an app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Royal Crusty Chicken for 119kc. I got something that looked like regular 35kc chicken burger. I showed them that and also asked why there is only ONE piece of beacon there. Their response was: "no, there is two pieces of beacon stuck together". Very professional as you can see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting nearby fast foods for a few years, I felt adventurous and gave the new Burger King a chance, and I have to admit I was quite impressed. While the prices of many products are slightly higher than their competition, they also taste better. The only complaint I must voice is against the excessively salty fries, so beware of those if you prefer the taste of potatoes. The burgers, however, are perfectly fine and well-balanced.
