Měl jsem vždycky jasno. Až se vrátím do Česka, otevřu si restauraci, kde mi udělají burger podle mých představ. A ty pak budu jíst.
Během let práce v gastru jsem jich připravil i spořádal tisíce a u každého jsem přemýšlel, v čem mohl být lepší. Ladil jsem všechno od receptury bulky až po styl mletí masa a pomaličku jsem si vysnil tyhle tři stoprocentně dotažené burgery. První hosté mě pak inspirovali k vytvoření burgeru bez masa.
V pekárně za rohem nám pečou každý den čerstvé housky podle vlastní vyladěné receptury, máme neskutečné maso, které se ti rozplyne na jazyku a několik pečlivě vybraných ingrediencí, které jeho chuť dokonale doplní. Taky myslíme na životní prostředí, takže náš burger nedostaneš v zavlhlé plastové krabičce, ale krásně vyhřátý, zabalený v papíru.
Zkrátka a dobře, chci ti udělat ten nejlepší burger tak, jako bych ho dělal sobě. Už jen zbývá zjistit, jestli nekecám.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The onion burger and the fries are perfect I would recommend burger man adding mushrooms to it. Besides that the options are little but more than enough and looks like they know what they do. I didn’t enjoy that much the pulled pork one nor the French. And the classic one is alright. But again, the onion one was great. Their fries must be the best ones in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new favorite burger in Prague. They grind their own beef(a mixture I think) perfectly and it is cooked to perfection as well. The patty is juicy and almost falling apart as you eat it with a nice crust on the outside.
Too many Prague burger joints focus on fancy toppings and buns, but Burgerman focuses on what is most important; the meat. They do bake their own buns as well actually, so let’s not take away from that :)
Maybe there are bigger burgers around for a similar price as one reviewer pointed out, but I’d rather go for quality over quantity.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular pub, but the burgers are only served on Saturdays between noon and 6pm (and really good idea to make a reservation). Seating inside and outside. The service was good (nice staff and wait times not long at all). I found the burgers to be average. Cooked a bit too raw (I should have asked for medium to medium-well). Seemed to have too much sauce on the burger for my liking. Fries were average.
