A	Adam Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malý podnik s velkými ambicemi. Když jsem to tu poprvé viděl, tak jsem si říkal, že to bude další bistro s burgery, které vás nijak neurazí ale ani nenadchnou. Wrong. Podink má neskutečně fajn atmosféru, obsluha víc než příjemná, skvělej točenej Březňák, vše za doprovodu hitů minulých dekád a k tomu jejich burgery. Ahhh ty burgery. Všeho všudy 5 burgerů (pokud víc, či míň, omlouvám se majiteli), taková ta klasika těchto podniků - bbq, klasika, jalapeno atd - ale co už není klasický je ta jejich chuť. Za ty léta co se můj jídelníček skládá hlavně z burgerů a chlastu (ano, tahle restaurace mi byla souzena) patří tyhle burgery k těm nejlepším co jsem kdy ochutnal. Maso v topu, šťavnaté, dobře nakořeněné, udělané akorát. Burgery nejsou přeplácané a každá věc co v něm je dává smysl a skvěle do něj padne. Takže můj první dojem, že tohle je jen další bistro byl naprosto chybný. Není to další bistro s burgery. Je to podnik, kterej budu známým doporučovat, když se mě zeptají, kam jít na burger, protože Burgry a Chlast si věhlas zaslouží. Je to podnik, kterej se stane takovým měřítkem toho, jak by měl chutnat skvělej burger. Big up. A small business with big ambitions. When I first saw it here, I thought it would be another bistro with burgers that won't offend you or inspire you. Wrong. Podink has an incredibly nice atmosphere, the service is more than pleasant, the great birch Březňák, all accompanied by the hits of past decades and their burgers. Ahhh those burgers. 5 burgers everywhere (if more or less, I apologize to the owner), such is the classic of these establishments - bbq, classic, jalapeno, etc. - but what is no longer classic is their taste. Over the years, my menu consists mainly of burgers and booze (yes, this restaurant has been tried for me), these burgers are among the best I've ever tasted. Meat on top, juicy, well seasoned, just done. Burgers are not overpriced and every thing in them makes sense and fits perfectly into it. So my first impression that this is just another bistro was completely wrong. It's not another burger bistro. It's a business I'd recommend to friends when they ask me where to go for a burger, because Burgers and Booze deserve fame. It is a company that will become such a measure of how a great burger should taste. Big up.

Obával jsem se, že kvůli malému prostoru bude burger ze starého masa s nedobrou housku a jako bonus bude zvětralé pivo. Jsem velmi rád, že jsem se nenechal odradit svými vlastními myšlenkami, protože burger byl skvělý, chuťově vyvážený, maso ani houska neměly chybu, pivo bylo báječné a sklenice od piva krásně kroužkovala. Až budu mít chuť na burger, tak se rád vrátím. I must say that I did not enter the company with high hopes for a great burger. I was afraid that due to the small space there would be an old meat burger with a bad bun and as a bonus there would be a weathered beer. I am very glad that I did not let myself be discouraged by my own thoughts, because the burger was great, balanced in taste, the meat and the bun were not wrong, the beer was wonderful and the beer glass circled beautifully. When I have a taste for a burger, I will be happy to return.

The top part of bus was burned and grilled for longer time that it was supposed to be so it cracked and there was basically no top bun at all. That was the only disappointing part about the burger. Other than that, it was super tasty, tartare, fries and onion rings had amazing taste too. Highly recommend.
