Last time I was here my experience was less than pleasant but I still really liked the food and wanted to give it a second chance and I’m so happy I did! The young blonde man (working on August 22, around 4:30pm) was SO nice and friendly! I wish I got a chance to look at his name tag so I could give him proper credit because his attitude made me feel so bad about my first review I had to change it!

January 2020- Food was good but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The young man working was nice but the older lady (she acted like she was in charge) was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. She yelled at us because THEY were out of tacos, and because we weren’t standing where she wanted us to.. (this is like a 4x4 restaurant, there’s really not many options of places to stand) but her attitude was atrocious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burritos are amazing but the prices are getting higher and higher and the burrito is getting smaller. Now there isn't any speedy burrito anymore! I dont know if I will come back if they don't sell it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there for a quick snack today. The employee was incredibly nice and when we asked for something he could recommend he made a really good burrito with extra guacamole. I ordered the bacon quesadilla as well and it was really delicious. Fast, delicious and nice staff, that's everything you want when you're looking for a quick snack. Price was a bit expensive but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande burrito was not Grande at all. Vegetable was not fresh. I recommend trying different Burrito Loco restaurants, you can enjoy your meal better somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took chicken fajitas burrito and I told them I want it to be a bit spicy. She made it so spicy that I threw half of it into a trash bin and the second half I barely ate because I was super hungry. Also, tortilla was cold and chicken not fried enough. i had an intense heartburn. For 7euros this is quite bad. I don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad and disappointing experience. I went there with my friends expecting to have a nice burrito with a 2x1 promo we got at “Prague night life”. First of all they were very rude when they noticed we couldn’t speak Czech. They ignored us for quite a long time and when they finally asked us what we wanted they had a horrible attitude because we couldn’t communicate with them. At the end they also didn’t respect the 2x1 promo even though we showed them and explained to them the coupons we bought. I would never go back to this place!
