Je zde Knihovna Jiřího Mahena, praktičtí lékaři pro děti i dospělé, zubař, lékárna, Xside DANCERS, kavárna, květinářství, zverimex, Albert, vinotéka, hospoda, aj... Functionalist architectural style screaming after revival. V přízemí nalezneme prodejnu Albert, kde je zboží zvláště ovoce a zelenina je nejenom předražená, ale velmi nekvalitní.( nahnilá, měkká ) česnek cibule. Maso, kuřata ve slevě den do expirace často již páchnou Jedná se o nahnilé ovoce a zelenina, ohromné fronty. Jen pro srovnání je kosmetika a drogerie minimálně o 25-50ˇ% předražená. V ostatních prostorách je herna, romská prodejna parfémů ("samé originály"), dále posilovna a prodejna spacáků. V přízemí ještě nalezneme prodejnu zahradnických potřeb. Taky zde naleznete prodejnu Albert, kde je velmi omezený výběr, předražené zboží. Je lepší pokud jedete čímkoliv, jak MHD, tak osobním vozem, zajet do Lídlu.
