They're super passionate and knowledgeable, and cannot do enough to help you. 10000x better than buying from generic online store. So much care goes into their customer experience, including having open packs of every deck they stock, a library of some of the best magic educational books, and open community area to read, practice and meet with other magicians. Very special place and people.
