Argumenty paní, jak je nás moc co si myslíme, že máme 14 karátů a je to jen 9, že punc nic neznamená a že je to běžné, mne jen utvrdila, že jsem tentokrát slapla vedle, takže buďte obezřetní!!!! Diskrétnost spočívá v tom, že na dva metry od vás sedí další zákaznící a paní z obchodu nahlas zapisuje vaše jméno, adresu, množství kovu a jeho předpokládanou cenu. Nedivil bych se, kdyby si na mě před obchodem někdo počkal. K tavení mě vůbec nepustili, když jsem chtěl slitek zpět (protože hmotnost se lišila o polovinu), paní nabídla najednou o 3.000,- víc. To je profesionální jednání? Definitely not recommended. Na dotaz proč nejsem u tavení, mi odpověděla že to nedělají. Na stránkách prezentují opak. Okradou vás a a vy jen tiše prihlizite. Nemůžete s tím už nic dělat. Pracovnice několikrát odešla do zadu. Nedivila bych se kdyby si vybírala které šperky netavit. Jsou s pracovníkem který provádí měření a tavení podle mého názoru domluveni. A pak se podělí o zisk bez papíru. Majitel ani nemusi nic vědět. You can use their weights, but usually it's underweighted from the start and only buyer from the house can reset it. Silver, Platinum and Paladium? Forget it. This company won't pay you anything unless it's 30 percent of the mass of your metal mix. They charge you 10% just for sale and another 20% to 25% is your loss for metal they get for free from you. Don't sell here if you want to make a good deal.
