Objednáte zboží, které si kvůli přehlednuti emailu nevyzvednete a i když jim píšete omluvné emaily tak nereagují a nenechají Vás od nich už nic nakoupit. Horrible approach. Absolutely no email communication. You will order goods that you will not pick up due to the clarity of the email, and even if you write them apologetic emails, they will not react and will not let you buy anything from them.

Poslední perfektní zkušenost - v zásilkovně mi rozřízli balíček a bohužel i vestu v něm. Paní Veronika to semnou a se zásilkovnou okamžitě řešila, posílala reklamaci, email s infem mi psala v neděli pozdě večer. Vše se velmi rychle vyřešilo a ihned mi byly vráceny za zásilkovnou poškozené zboží. Byla jsem z jednání s obchodem nadšená! Definitely recommend! The last perfect experience - they cut my package in the delivery room and unfortunately the vest in it. Mrs. Veronika dealt with it immediately with me and the courier, sent a complaint, and wrote me an email with info late Sunday evening. N	Nicol Auředníková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zklamalo mi jednání obchodu, v minulostí jsem objednávala oblečení pro dceru.V lednu tohoto roku jsem objednala opět s tím, že zaplatím skrze bú, do druhého dne byla objednávka zrušena (stránka hlásila chybu) bez jakéhokoliv důvodu, odůvodnění, psala jsem asi 2x email s žádostí o platební údaje. Bez jakékoliv odezvy! Po měsíci se mi líbilo zboží a chtěla jsem objednat pro dceru, zaplatila jsem kartou(domnívala jsem se,že skrze bú se jednalo o těch.chybu). Po dvou dnech jsem koukala, kdy ho budou expedován a u obj. informace,že je objednávka stornována. Volala jsem do firmy o odůvodnění, a tam že neví proč a že mám napsat e-mail, to jsem řekla,že na emaily nereagují.Telefon na majitelky, nebo na toho, kdy by to odůvodnil nedostanete. Poslala jsem email a Messenger zprávu. Na nic nebylo reagováno. Peníze byly obratem vráceny na můj účet(to je jediné plus)Naprosté selhání lidského faktoru, jednání se zákazníky na bodu hlubokou pod nulou. Z hlediska jednání naprosto otřesena zkušenost. Nejsou evidentně schopný řešit dotazy/nepříjemné dotazy /zákazníky , což souvisi s podnikáním. Osobně raději podpořím ryze české vyrobce, kteří si platícího zákazníka váží !!! Obzvlášť toto jednání ze strany společnosti je zarážející, když na fb či na svých stránkách si stěžují na klienty, kteří bez jakéhokoliv vysvětlení si nevyzvednout dobirkove zboží. After two days, I watched when it would be shipped and with the information that the order was canceled. I called the company about the justification, and there that he does not know why and that I have to write an e-mail, I said that they do not respond to e-mails. I sent an email and a messenger message. Nothing was responded to. The money was immediately returned to my account (that's the only plus) A complete failure of the human factor, dealing with customers at a point well below zero. From the point of view of negotiations, the experience is completely shaken. They are obviously not able to deal with questions / unpleasant questions / customers, which is related to business. Personally, I prefer to support purely Czech manufacturers who value a paying customer !!! This behavior on the part of the company is particularly striking when they complain to fb or their websites about clients who do not pick up cash on delivery without any explanation. And dear ladies, she can't react either.
