★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji. Byla slíbena prohlídka, ta se neuskutečnila, přišel pouze email, že byt byl prodán jinému zájemci. Neprofesionální služby, nedrží slovo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji. S paní jsem se viděla od prohlídky jen jednou, a to, když jsem jí měla platit, a i tehdy mě nechala 45 minut čekat u dveří. Smlouva je strašná, je v ní spousta gramatických i jiných chyb a na protinávrhy smlouvy reaguje negativně, a to i přesto, že obě zbylé strany se změnami souhlasí. Jediná její práce byla přijít na místo podpisu smlouvy a donést ji...ani to nezvládla a sváděla to na všechno možné 40 minut před jejím podpisem. Prostě neschopnost, neochota a nezájem.
Absolutely not recommend. I saw myself only once from the tour, when I was supposed to pay her, and even then she kept me waiting for 45 minutes at the door. The treaty is terrible, there are plenty of grammatical and other errors, and it responds negatively to the counter-proposals of the treaty, even though both parties agree to the changes. Her only job was to come to the place of signing the contract and bring it ... she couldn't even do it, and seduced it for everything possible 40 minutes before signing it. Simply inability, unwillingness and disinterest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji. Paní je neochotná, protivná, nereaguje na zprávy. Byly jsme domluvené na prohlídce (byt volný ihned, ale prohlídky nejdřív za týden), vůbec se neozvala, telefon nezvedala, neodepisovala a najednou inzerát stáhla. V inzerátu psala, že byt je vhodný pro seriózní klientelu. Možná by to mělo platit o paní, co byt nabízí.
Absolutely not recommend. The lady is reluctant, disgusting, not responding to the news. We arranged for a tour (the apartment is available immediately, but the check-ups do not start until a week), did not answer at all, did not answer the phone, did not write off and suddenly withdrew the ad. In the ad she wrote that the apartment is suitable for serious clients. Maybe it should apply to the lady what the apartment offers.
