★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Občané a nájemníci by měli mít právo na informovanost, zvláště když se jedná o nečekané navýšení různých úkonů a služeb s tím spjatých,a né že se to dozví až při vyúčtování. Komunikace některých zaměstnanců Bytermu je také na úrovni nula. Asi si neuvědomují, že naše platby jsou jejich platy, anebo si to uvědomují až moc dobře. Bydlet se holt musí, že?!?!
Citizens and tenants should have the right to be informed, especially when it comes to an unexpected increase in the various acts and services involved, and not to find out until the bill. Communication of some Byterm employees is also at level zero. They probably don't realize that our payments are their salaries, or they realize it all too well. Holt must live, right?!?!
