Děsím se toho, co bude ve vyúčtování za rok 2016, které do teď (srpen 2017) ještě nepřišlo. O tom, že nefungují zaměstnanci natož tak servis a vůbec o tom v jakém jsou stavu domy v režii této kanceláře se celou Prahou nesou opravdu neuvěřitelné historky, skoro jako urbanlegends. Bohužel pokud to má člověk zažít na vlastní kůži, už to tak vtipné není. Nehledě na to jak otřesným způsobem se chovají ke klientům. Jako majitel domu bych si toto bizarní panoptikum neschopnosti držel raději dál od prahu. Firma nezajistila přímotopy ani nic podobného do doby nežli jsem na ně nezvedla hlas. Kotel byl na výměnu nicméně - to určitl technik na první opravě - nicméně trvalo více jak tři týdny nežli zajistili výměnu. Ani nenabídli odškodnění ve formě slevě na nájmu, to jsem si musela zajistit přes majitele. Naprosto arogantní zaměstnanci, nefunkční firma, která svým servisem připomíná správcovské firmy dob minulých. Bohužel se s nimi musíme potýkat pokaždé, když potřebujeme udělat nějakou úpravu či opravu v bytě a je to pokaždé velmi nepříjemná zkušenost.
