★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předražené, jejich elektrikáři jsou hodináři - hlavně strávit co nejvíce času na zakázce. Bez odpovídajícího vybavení. Ani drobný materiál nemají sebou - pak musí na nákupy každé drobnosti, předražené ceny za materiál. Pokud do jde, dodělávají věci na druhý den... asi aby mohli účtovat opět poplatek za výjezd. Zneužívají situace. Určitě lze najít lepší havarijní službu.

Even small materials do not carry - then they have to buy every little thing, overpriced material prices. As far as they go, they finish things the next day ... so they can charge the exit fee again. They abuse the situation. We can certainly find a better emergency service.

Velmi dobrá schopnost koordinace prací, slušná cena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zavolání na nonstop linku (porucha topení v bytě) naprosto nepříjemný huhňající mužský hlas na telefonu. Naše konverzace skončila po pěti větách, že s nimi nemáme smlouvu a na fakturu nedělají, protože by jsme ji nezaplatili! Neuvěřitelné, ze zákazníka udělají potenciálního neplatiče aniž by se zeptali, zda službu neuhradíme v hotovosti na místě. Nikdy více, telefonát stačit.
After calling the non-stop line (heating failure in the apartment) absolutely annoying roaring male voice on the phone. Our conversation ended after five sentences that we don't have a contract with them and they don't make an invoice because we wouldn't pay it! Unbelievable, they will make the customer a potential defaulter without asking if we will pay for the service in cash on the spot. Never again, a phone call is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super práce! Super firma! Těm, kdo si stěžují na cenu - rád zaplatím, ale vím, že přijedou a opraví. Jestli chcete mám několik čísel na pražské "podnikatele" v elektrice! Slíbí všechno všem, pak neví komu co slíbili, a nakonec zaplatíte stejně jako u renomované firmy! Prostě komu není rady, tomu není pomoci. Od dnešního dne vím, že jedině Bytoservis - Non stop a vím, že je to jistota! A to nejsem jejich zaměstnanec!-:))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizace na nic havárii neodstranili az následující den po dalších 7 hodinách, protože pro každou součástku si museli znovu dojet. Kdo nemá pevne nervy at si je neobjednava.
