★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální přístup. Podávány lživé informace. Nedodržení termínů. Komunikace se zákazníky nulová. Stavební práce jsou odfláknuté. Byt “na klíč” není adekvátně vymalován, je bez světel a z hlediska úklidu dostanete staveniště.
Připravte se na další neočekávané náklady za “nadstandardy” (třeba elektřinu v bytě) v řádu desítek tisíc korun.
 Absolutely unprofessional approach. False information is given. Failure to meet deadlines. Zero communication with customers. Construction work is sloppy. The "turnkey" apartment is not adequately painted, it is without lights and in terms of cleaning you get a construction site.
Get ready for other unexpected costs for "above standards" (such as electricity in the apartment) in the order of tens of thousands of crowns.
