★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Synagoga v Třešti je pozoruhodná svou architekturou. Pochází z roku 1693, nicméně její dnešní podoba pochází z přestavby po požáru v roce 1824. Barokní stavba tak byla upravena v empírovém slohu s podloubím. Dnes slouží Československé církvi husitské, nicméně ji můžete navštívit a prohlédnout si expozici Zaváté stopy. Obrátit se musíte na Informační centrum.
The Třešť Synagogue is remarkable for its architecture. It dates back to 1693, but its present appearance comes from a rebuilding after a fire in 1824. The Baroque building was modified in the Empire style with arcades. Today it is used by the Czechoslovak Hussite Church, but you can visit it and see the exhibition The Footprints. You must contact the Information Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pozoruhodné budově je expozice sice skromnější, ale obsahově rozhodně zajímavá (Kafka a Třešť, osudy místních židovských rodin - navíc zpracované místními studenty na základě vzpomínek pamětníků). Pracovnice infocentra, kam je nutné zajít, byly v pohodě a ve všem vyšly vstříc. A to vnímám jako další plus - otevřeno v sobotu odpoledne a kvalitně vybavené.
In the remarkable building, the exhibition is more modest, but definitely interesting in terms of content (Kafka and Třešť, the fates of local Jewish families - in addition, processed by local students based on the memories of witnesses). The staff of the information center, where it is necessary to go, were fine and accommodated in everything. And I see this as another plus - open on Saturday afternoon and well equipped.
