★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkná budova postavená v 1921 jako ústav pro tělesně postižené. Později sloužil jako sanatorium pro komunistické prominenty nebo jako ústav pro léčbu a výchovu mrzáků. Už přes 20 let je objekt prázdný a během několika dalších let má na místě vzniknout nová bytová stavba. To je za mě škoda , protože dům je opravdu architeticky velmi zajímavá a prostorná budova a rekonstrukce by nebyla ani zas tak moc nákladná , protože obecně není v příšerném stavu. Momentálně je Budova uzavřena a dovnitř se člověk nedostane. Podle nějakých starých fotek je ale nahoře jeden z nejhezčích výhledu na Prahu.
 Nice building built in 1921 as an institution for the disabled. Later it served as a sanatorium for communist celebrities or as an institute for the treatment and education of crippled people. The building has been empty for over 20 years and a new residential building is to be built on site over the next few years. This is a pity for me, because the house is really an architecturally very interesting and spacious building and reconstruction would not be so expensive, because it is generally not in a terrible condition. At the moment, the Building is closed and you can't get inside. According to some old photos, however, one of the most beautiful views of Prague is at the top.
