★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes si v obchodě manžel chtěl vyměnit triko za větší velikost, které k Vánocům dostal. Bohužel "Ježíšek" již neměl účtenku. Prodavačka však odmítla výměnu provést, že to bez účtenky nejde...Je to docela pochopitelné, ale myslím si, že toto obchod nemá zapotřebí, dle mého by mělo platit: "služba zákazníkům na prvním místě". No nic, obchod přišel minimálně o pár potenciálních zákazníků!
 Today in the store, my husband wanted to exchange his T-shirt for a larger size, which he received for Christmas. Unfortunately, "Santa Claus" no longer had a receipt. However, the saleswoman refused to make the exchange that it is not possible without a receipt ... It's quite understandable, but I don't think this store is needed, in my opinion it should apply: "customer service comes first". Well, nothing, the store lost at least a few potential customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostorná prodejna s milým personálem a širokým sortimentem, co do produktů to do velikostí. Jedinou výtku mám na otevírací dobu, hodila by se i o víkendu rozsáhlejší než aktuálně je, obvykle se tam v týdnu nedostanu a sobota dopoledne je poměrně málo. Průhled do fitka by tam být nemusel, no chápu, že ne vždy to lze ovlivnit.
Spacious shop with friendly staff and a wide range of products in terms of size. My only complaint is about the opening hours, it would be useful on a weekend that is more extensive than it currently is, I usually don't get there during the week and Saturday morning is relatively small. The view into the gym might not be there, but I understand that it is not always possible to influence it.
