★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu skvělé ceny za denní menu (105 Kč za jídlo z denního menu, 110 Kč za menu s polívkou). Báli jsme se, že si v době oběda nesedneme, ale naštěstí volné stoly byly. Možná bych místo křesel volila židle, protože se z nich moc dobře nejí. Ale chápu, že je to asi spíše kavárna, proto pohodlnost v křesle je lepší. Velice oceňuji i bezmasé varianty, které dokonce v den naší návštěvy převládaly. Jídlo bylo připraveno opravdu rychle. Já byla s porcí jídla spokojená (salát s oštiepkem a bagetou), ale porce jídla šťouchané brambory s roládou byla celkem malá. Na obsluze bylo vidět, že se snaží být rychlá, ale úsměvu jste se od ní nedočkali. Celkově to je ale skvělé místo pro oběd, za který zaplatíte málo a pochutnáte si.
 Really great prices for the daily menu (105 CZK for food from the daily menu, 110 CZK for the menu with soup). We were afraid that we would not sit down at lunch time, but fortunately the tables were free. Maybe I would choose chairs instead of chairs because they don't eat very well. But I understand that it's probably more of a cafe, so the comfort in the chair is better. I also really appreciate the meatless variants, which even prevailed on the day of our visit. The food was prepared really fast. I was satisfied with the portion of food (salad with spelled and baguette), but the portion of mashed potatoes with roulade was quite small. It was clear from the staff that she was trying to be fast, but you didn't expect a smile from her. But overall, it's a great place for lunch, for which you pay little and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on the way from the railway station to Old Town. The cafe is just off the main shopping street. From the outside its an uninspiring annexe to a rather uninspiring modern shopping complex. But worth stepping inside. The hospitality on our visit was warmly welcoming and despite having very limited Czech comprehension the waiter managed to take our order. We had the jam pancake which was simply outstanding. The best tasting experience for a long time! And the coffee was better than most cafes serve in Prague (Tabor being 60 miles south). The cafe clean and relaxing. What more they provide you a key to the bathroom (whereas most public conveniences in Czech will require payment). Highly recommend.
