★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for Budikov customer service is part of the experience and I have to say our today's visit was horrible. If you have a kids corner, make sure toys, pencils etc are in working condition otherwise why bother. When we asked for sharpener we were told they don't have one and the waitress walked away back to talking to her friend who was sitting there drinking coffee. We had to ask for a knife to go outside and sharpen the pencils. There were no other customers at the time and it took her 20 minutes to get us 2 desserts, 1 coffee and 2 chocolate boxes and the attitude...really? Next time I rather go to nearby Mlyn maybe they'll treat their customers better.
