★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. There is apparently a time limit for you to stay there even though you have purchased ice cream from them and you’re still eating. The waitress will stand right there waiting for you to leave. If you don’t, you will be told you have 5 mins to leave. It’s not even a crowded place. There are better places to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent coffee, tasty food, normal portions, Karlovarsky cake was also superb! Service is friendly, quick and multilingual. Prices are quite reasonable too. Will visit them again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, two slothenly girls looking on there phones working in the cafe, tables not cleared, place not clean I was told they had toilets so decided to order coffee, only to find out when I asked again that you had to go down a flight of stairs to public toilets that cost 20 kr a problem if you only use cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was bad and overpriced (110czk) staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else, you have to pay to use the toilet (20czk). There are other cafes across the street.
