★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera večer 1.4. jsem si udělal rezervaci na následující den pro 3 osoby na 19:00. Dnes 2.4. v 18:15 mi volají z restaurace, že mojí rezervaci ruší, protože jim přišlo 40 lidí z nějaké soukromé akce. Může mi teda někdo z majitelů vysvětlit, na co je teda rezervace, když jí zrušíte pod vidinou většího kšeftu ? Nezdá se mi to úplně jako fér jednání a není to první negativní zkušenost s tímto podnikem. Už nikdy víc i když to mám za barákem.
Last night 1.4. I made a reservation the next day for 3 people at 19:00. Today 2.4. at 18:15 they call me from a restaurant to cancel my reservation because they have received 40 people from a private event. So can any of the owners explain to me what the reservation is for if you cancel it under the prospect of a bigger deal? It doesn't seem like a fair deal to me, and it's not the first negative experience with this business. Never again, even though I have it behind the barracks.
